The room has its own bathroom, you share the kitchen with my five flatmates. The rent will be payed upfront in cash or via bank transfer after we've signed the subletting contract before the move-in date.
Alle 5 Mitbewohner*innen sind sehr freundlich, aber es handelt sich eher um eine Zweck-WG.
All 5 flatmates are very friendly but it's more of a solo living situation.

Rewe und Aldi sind in 10 Minuten zu erreichen zu Fuß oder mit der U-Bahn bis zur Nelkenstraße zu Aldi.
Leipziger Straße 4 Minuten und Bockenheimer Warte 6 Minuten mit der U-Bahn.
Konsti ca. 12 Minuten mit der U-Bahn.
Vier Frauen und ein Mann, natürlich alle Studenten. Zwischendurch sind einige verreist, vor allem vor Semesterbeginn.
Ab und zu teilt man sich beim Kochen den Herd, aber ansonsten lebt man quasi allein und die Küche ist meistens auch frei. Das Bad wird nicht geteilt.
