Gemütliches WG Zimmer in einem großen Haus zu vermieten

Unsere WG ist in einem eigenständigen Haus, in dem nur wir wohnen. Bis zur U-Bahn Station sind es 2-3min und dort fahren 3 Ubahn Linien, sodass man einfach loslaufen kann weil immer eine Bahn kommt. Bis in die Innenstadt braucht man 15min. Generell ist Heddernheim ein ziemlich gemütlicher Stadtteil. Außerdem ist der Niddapark zum Joggen oder auch nur zum chillen in 10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Bei den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es die Qual der Wahl zwischen Lidl, Aldi und Rewe, welche alle nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt sind. Im Nordwestzentrum, einem großen Shopping Center, bist du auch in 2min mit der Ubahn.

Our shared flat is in a separate house where only we live. It's 2-3 minutes to the subway station and there are 3 subway lines, so you can just walk because there's always a train coming. It takes 15 minutes to get to the city center. In general, Heddernheim is a pretty cozy district. The Niddapark is also a 10-minute walk away for jogging or just chilling out. When it comes to shopping, you are spoiled for choice between Lidl, Aldi and Rewe, which are all just a 5-minute walk away. The Nordwestzentrum, a large shopping center, can also be reached in 2 minutes by underground.

Im Moment wohnen hier drei Mädels und zwei Jungs. Einige von uns sind Studenten, einige arbeiten. Wir kommen sehr gut miteinander aus, wir gehen auf den Weihnachtsmarkt oder feiern Geburtstage zusammen. Wir schmücken auch das Haus je nach Jahreszeit. Trotzdem hat jeder seine Ruhe. Wir teilen uns einen Putzplan für Bad und Küche, allerdings haben wir eine Putzfrau, die alle zwei Wochen für die Gemeinschaftsräume kommt (in der Miete enthalten). Außerdem ist die Ausstattung unserer Wg unschlagbar, wir haben Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und sogar einen Trockner.

At the moment we are three women and two men in the house. Some of us are students, some of us work. We go very well together, we go out for Christmas market or celebrate birthdays together. We also decorate the house according to season. Still, everyone has their quiet. We share a cleaning plan for the bathroom and kitchen, though we have a cleaning lady that comes once in two weeks for the shared areas (included in your rent). Additionally, the WG is very well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher.

WICHTIG: Da ich aus Frankfurt wegziehe, suche ich jemanden, der für längere Zeit hier bleiben möchte. Derzeit vermiete ich das Zimmer unter, bis man irgendwann den Vertrag mit dem Vermieter direkt machen kann. Wenn dieser Zeitpunkt gekommen ist, gehören die Möbel mir und können gegen eine Gebühr von 900 Euro übernommen werden.
GEZ Gebühr für das ganze Jahr beträgt 44 euros.

IMPORTANT: Since I am moving out of Frankfurt, I am looking for someone who wants to stay here a long time. Currently, I am subletting the room until at some point you can make the contract with the landlord directly. When that time comes, the furniture are mine and can be taken over for a fee of 900 euros. GEZ for the whole year is 44 euros.
