The room offers a lot of space. It’s easily possible to fit in different areas, like workspace/couch corner/sleeping area/ closet, without filling the room up to much.
It was completely renovated a year ago. It has 2 windows and a white wooden floor.
Perfect placed with the main Station, parks and shopping area very close.
To protect our privacy our address is slightly different.
Mother, daughter and two cats 👩👧🐈⬛🐈⬛are searching for flatmate who wants to move in the room of the older child that moved out already. We ask for women or gay men only.
We would be more than fine with just sharing the shared rooms, without too much social contact, but also would be open for playing board games together/having dinner/taking walks and such things.
As we are a family we are used to having the household in it’s order and we would like it to stay that way. So cleaning plans/tables are welcome.
The most important factor for us is respect and appreciation to every living creature in our house and everywhere.
As I worked in art- and Musik in Frankfurt for more than a decade and have many connections, I can help you to find interesting locations and new contacts but personally I’m really enjoying my free time at home or in nature now days.
As we are vegan with rare vegetarian extras, we would appreciate you to be vegetarian or vegan as well but we don’t have a problem with meat eaters, as long as the smell of preparing meat stays in the kitchen.
