D: Zur Miete steht ein gemütliches kleines Zimmer mit weißen Wänden und schönem Dielenboden und liebenswerten Nachbarn.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 qm groß und hat ein (relativ kleines) Fenster das nach Westen rausgeht.
Das Zimmer kann teil- oder unmöbliert übernommen werden.
E: We have a spare room to let for 5 weeks. It has white walls and beautiful wooden floor and lovely neighbours The room is about 14 qm with one (relatively small) window.
The room can be offered unfurnished or party furnished.
D: Frankfurt-Höchst. 3 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, von dort sinds 9 Minuten zum HBF, 15 zur Konstablerwache.
Die Königsteiner Straße ist auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt, da gibt es allen möglichen Einkaufskram (REWE, DM, Bäcker, Friseure, Ärzte, alles da!).
Auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt ist der Main und die Altstadt und da ist es total schön!
E: By foot you'll reach the F-Höchst train station in about 3 minutes, the trains you can catch there will take you to the central station in 9 minutes and to the city in 15.
Within walking distance you'll find groceries, medical practices, hairdressers, bakeries, ...
The historic city, as well, is only 5 minutes away, there are bars and green and the main. It's really beautiful there!
Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer und einen chilligen Partydachboden, da sitzen wir gerne Abends (oder morgens) zusammen und quatschen, rauchen, gucken Filme etc. :)
Es ist uns sehr wichtig, uns immer wieder mal auszutauschen, miteinander Zeit zu verbringen und einfach wissen, was in den Leben der anderen so los ist. Wir sind oft und gerne von offenen und warmherzigen Menschen umgeben, mit denen man einfach nur rumhängen, deepe oder seichte Gespräche führen oder einen drauf machen kann.
Es wäre gut, wenn du okayes Englisch sprichst weil wir recht multi-kulti sind.
Wir haben praktischerweise zwei Toiletten!
Homophobie, Sexismus, Klassismus, Faschismus und Arschlochismus haben hier selbstverständlich keinen Platz!
E: We share a living room and a big attic to party, hang out, dance, watch movies, ...
We find it important to connect and spend time together, to know what's going on in the others' lifes. We like to meet friends and be surronded by open-minded and caring people for talks, chill-outs and mischief.
Fortunately, we've got two toilets! :D
You should be comfortable talking English because we are kind of multinational.
Homophobia, Sexism, Classism, Fascism and Assholeism surely have no space here!
Wir müssen am 31.3. die Wohnung verlassen, daher ist das Zimmer definitiv nur bis dahin mietbar, leider! Die Gesamtmiete gilt für die gesamten 5 Wochen.
