Das 21 qm große teilmöblierte Zimmer ist hinterhofseitig gelegen und ab 01.06.24 unbefristet beziehbar.
Teile der Möbel sind auf Verhandlungsbasis mit dem Vormieter übernehmbar.
Die Wohnung ist mit ca. 75 qm für 2 Personen sehr geräumig und besteht aus 2 (Schlaf-)Zimmern, mittelgroßer Küche, Bad, sowie einem Flur, Speisekammer und einem weiteren Abstellraum.

I'm looking for a roommate for my 2-person shared apartment in a quiet location in Frankfurt-Höchst.
The 21 sqm partially furnished room is located on the courtyard side and is available for permanent occupancy from June 1st, 2024.
Parts of the furniture can be acquired on a negotiated basis with the previous tenant.
The apartment is very spacious at around 75 sqm for 2 people and consists of 2 bedrooms, medium-sized kitchen, bathroom, as well as a hallway, pantry and another storage room.
Nur einen Katzensprung vom Bahnhof Frankfurt-Höchst entfernt (bei Hurtigkeit in unter 3 min zu erreichen) ;) zeichnet sich die Wohnung durch ihre besonders ruhige und vorortliche Lage aus, ist mittels S-Bahn, Regio und zahlreichen Bussen jedoch trotzdem vorzüglich an die Innenstadt angebunden - 10 min zum Hauptbahnhof, 13 min Hauptwache, ca. 30 min Campus Westend.
Falls es mal nicht in die Innenstadt gehen soll, bietet die unterschätzte Höchster-Altstadt mit einigen kleinen aber feinen Kneipen und kulturellen Einrichtungen wie dem kommunalen Kino "Filmforum Höchst" und dem "Neuen Theater", ihrer unmittelbaren Nähe zum Main (ca. 15min zu Fuß) und ihrer reichen Historie zahlreiche schöne Adressen zur freizeitlichen und kulturellen Gestaltung.

Only a stone's throw from Frankfurt-Höchst train station (can be reached in under 3 minutes if you're in a hurry) ;) the apartment is characterized by its particularly quiet and suburban location, but is still very well connected to the city center via the S-Bahn, Regio and numerous buses - 10 minutes to Frankfurt main station, 13 minutes to the Hauptwache, approx. 30 minutes to the Westend campus.
If you don't want to go into the city center, the underrated old town of Höchst offers some small but fine pubs and cultural institutions such as the municipal cinema "Filmforum Höchst" and the "Neues Theater" and its immediate proximity to the Main (approx. 15 minutes by foot) and its rich history, numerous beautiful addresses for leisure and cultural activities.
Ich suche eine offene, umgängliche und vertrauensvolle Person mit der man auch mal einen gemeinsamen (Koch-)Abend bei Film und/oder Bier oder Wein verbringen kann, sich gegenseitig aber auch genügend Freiraum zur eigenen Entspannung und Entfaltung lässt. Keine reine Zweck-WG, aber auch keine Party-WG.
Ich bin selbst "Filmstudent", arbeite nebenher im kulturellen Bereich und interessiere mich dementsprechend vor allem für die verschiedensten intermedialen Ausprägungen von Kunst und Kultur, kann mich aber allgemein für ein breites Spektrum an Themen begeistern. I'm looking for an open-minded, sociable and trustful roommate with whom one can spend an evening together cooking and having a beer/wine every now and then, but also give each other enough space to relax. Not a purely functional shared apartment, but not a party apartment either.
I'm a "film student" myself, I work part-time in the cultural sector and am therefore particularly interested in a wide variety of intermedial forms of art and culture, but I am generally enthusiastic about a wide range of topics. More in a personal conversation.
