Du hast insgesamt 2 wunderschöne Zimmer, die durch eine Tür miteinander verbunden sind. Insgesamt sind sie 50 qm groß (ca. 20 qm und 30 qm). Jedes Zimmer hat aber auch eine eigene Tür zur großen Diele. Die Zimmer liegen zur Südseite und sind sehr hell und freundlich. Die Fenster sind 3fach verglast und somit hört man von der Straße kaum etwas. Da es ein Altbau ist, sind auch die Decken mit 3,10 m schön hoch.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Höchst, nur 2 Gehminuten von der Fußgängerzone entfernt. Die nächste Busstation ist ebenfalls nur 2 Minuten entfernt und zur S-Bahn braucht man ca 5 Minuten. Auch die Autobahnanbindung ist super. Alle wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen
Ich suche jemanden, der wie ich berufstätig ist und schon mit beiden Beinen im Leben steht. Es sollte keine reine Zweck WG sein aber natürlich kann jeder seine Tür auch mal zu lassen.
Ich bin 30 Jahre alt und in der Medienbranche tätig.
Ich bin unkompliziert, meistens gut gelaunt und wünsche mir das gleiche von dir :)
