!! Wir sind eine FLINTA-WG. Wir werden daher nicht auf Anfragen von cis-Männern antworten.
Wir suchen eine*n dritten, dauerhaften Mitbewohner in unserer schönen WG. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, mit hohen Decken und relativ hell (so hell wie es im Winter geht..). An den Fenstern ist ein abgerundeter Erker.
Noch stehen ein schönes Sofa und (befüllte) Bücherregale im Zimmer, die du aber auch behalten könntest, wenn du magst.
Die WG hat eine große, schöne Küche, separates Duschbad und Toilette. Es darf überall geraucht werden.

We are looking for a third, permanent room mate for our sweet WG. The room is large with a high ceiling and is relatively bright (as much as is possible in winter...). One side of the room is a rounded bay window.
For now there's a nice sofa and (filled) book shelves in the room, which you may as well keep if you wanted to.
The WG has a large kitchen and bathroom and toilet separated. You may smoke everywhere.

Direkt über der Höchster Stadtmitte, sehr zentral und gut angebunden.
Vor der Haustür findest du Rossmann, Dm, REWE, Aldi, Kiosks, Bäcker, Orsay, Tedi, kleine Imbisse und dergleichen.
Es sind nur 7 Minuten Fußweg zum Höchst Bahnhof und mit der S-Bahn nur drei Stationen zum Frankfurt Hbf.
Direkt vor der Haustür (Emmerich-Josef-Str.) oder nur ein paar Meter weiter (Hostatostraße) fahren mehrere Buslinien. Es sind ca. 6 Min zur Tramstation Zuckschwerdtstraße (Linie 11).
Außerdem ist der Main auch nur einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt, sodass man dort schön spazieren gehen kann.

Just on the other side of the street there's drug stores, grocery stores, bakeries, kiosks and takeaways.
You need about 7 minutes by foot to the Höchst train station and only three stations to Frankfurt Hbf via S-Bahn.
Right downstairs (Emmerich-Josef-Str.) or around the corner (Hostatostraße) you find various bus lines.
About 6 mins to the tram station Zuckschwerdtstraße to go on line 11.
You also only need a short walk to reach the riverside.

In diesem Haus haben wir keine Lust auf TERFS, Rassismus, Antisemitismus, Sympathie mit der Polizei oder Schwurbler.
Du wirst zusammen mit Tomke (keine Pronomen), möglicherweise ein*er Zwischenmieter*in für mich (3 Monate) und den beiden Katzen Cognac und Lola wohnen. Die beiden Katzen gehen in allen Zimmern ein und aus, daher solltest du kein Problem mit Katzenhaaren haben. Tomke kocht gerne vegan und das sehr gut. Würde auch gut passen, wenn du vegetarisch oder vegan bist, muss aber nicht!
Sowohl Tomke als auch ich zeichnen und malen gerne, wir haben daher einen großen Vorrat an Papier, ein paar Leinwänden und allen möglichen Art Supplies, die du auch mitbenutzen darfst.

In this house be do not tolerate TERFS, racism, antisemitism, sympathy with the police or anti vaxxers.
You will live together with Tomke (they/them), possibly a person who subleases my room for three months and the two cats Cognac and Lola. The cats stroll around every room, so in the best of cases you shouldn't have a problem with cat hair. Tomke often cooks vegan (and very tasty) dishes. It would be great, if you are vegetarian or vegan as well, but this is not a must at all!
Tomke and me draw and paint a fair amount, which is why we own a lot of paper, a few canvases and various art supplies. You are invited to use anything you like, if you want to!
