Die Wohnung ist eine Dachgeschosswohnung, weshalb die Zimmer alle Dachschrägen haben.
Dein Zimmer wäre ca. 14m² groß und ist derzeit hellblau gestrichen, du kannst dich allerdings kreativ austoben und die Wände frei nach deinem Geschmack umgestalten.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt drei Zimmer, wobei wir das größte Zimmer auch als gemeinsames Wohnzimmer nutzen wollen. Die Küche ist geräumig und lädt zum Zusammensitzen ein. Badezimmer und Toilette sind separat voneinander und der Keller bietet Platz für eine Waschmaschine (Waschraum) und andere Gegenstände.
Außerdem gibt es einen großen Dachboden, der zusätzlichen Stauraum bietet und sich vielleicht auch zum Entspannen eignet (mal schauen, was wir daraus machen :)).
The flat is an attic apartment.
Your room is around 14m² big and is currently painted bright blue but you can design in the way you want to. The flat has three rooms and we will use the biggest one as a living room. The kitchen offers enough space to sit with each other. Bathroom and toilet are seperate. The washing machine will be in the cellar and there is the attic which has a lot of space and maybe could also be a place to relax.
Höchst ist ein alteingesessener Stadtteil von Frankfurt und liegt direkt am Mainufer.
Die Wohnung ist zu Fuß ca. sieben Minuten vom Höchster Bahnhof entfernt, von dem aus man in 13 Minuten in der Frankfurter Innenstadt (Hauptwache) ist.
EInkaufmöglichkeiten wie Rewe sind zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt, gegenüber befindet sich eine Pizzeria.
Höchst is an old-established part of Frankfurt which is directly located at the Main river.
The flat is around seven minutes away from the main station in Höchst, from there you reach the city center in 13 minutes.
Shops like Rewe are closeby (around 5 minutes via foot), opposite of the flat is a pizza place.
Wir Natalie (28) und Johanna (28) gründen eine Dreier-WG in einer charmanten Dachgeschosswohnung in Frankfurt-Höchst und suchen noch einen dritten Mitbewohner. Wir kennen uns aus dem Erasmussemester in England und sind derzeit beide als Sozialarbeiterinnen tätig.
Wir haben bereits mehrfach in Wohngemeinschaften zusammen gewohnt und wünschen uns einen Mitbewohner, der genauso unkompliziert ist wie wir :D (aber trotzdem gerne putzt). In der WG werden wir ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer haben, wenn Johanna uns Einlass gewährt (Durchgangszimmer/Schlafzimmer von ihr).
Johanna pendelt für die Arbeit nach Marburg und ist daher unter der Woche viel unterwegs; Natalie arbeitet in Höchst und wird daher mehr zuhause sein. Wir schätzen Gemütichkeit und Gemeinschaft aber auch unseren Rückzug. Daher wollen wir eine gemeinschaftliche WG sein aber keine Party-WG.

Us Natalie (28) and Johanna (28) are founding a three people flat share in a charming attic apartment in Frankfurt-Höchst. We are currently searching for a third flatmate. We know each other from an Erasmus semester in England and are currently working as Social Workers. We already lived in several flat shares together and are searching for someone who is as uncomplicated as we are :D (but still likes to clean). We will have a shared living room in the flat.
Johanna is commuting to work in Marburg, which is why she will be away a lot during the week; Natalie is working in Höchst which is why she will be at home more often. We like cosiness and community but also tranquility. That is why we want commonly flat share and no party flat share.

Wir bekommen eine komplett neue Küchenzeile, sowie eine Waschmaschine, weshalb sich für dich ein Abschlag von ca. 350 Euro ergeben würde.
We will get a new kitchen and a washing machine which is why you would have to contribute 300-400 Euros.
