Ich stelle mein Zimmer ab dem 1. März erneut zur Untermiete zur Verfügung. Zur Zeit ist es auch untervermietet, da ich ein Auslandssemester mache und mich aber jetzt dazu entschieden habe noch etwas länger zu bleiben. Ich komme Anfang Juli wieder, daher ist es bis zum 30. Juni frei
Nun zum Zimmer. Es ist ungefähr 18m2 groß, es gibt 4 kleine Fenster, die tagsüber aber genügend Sonne reinlassen und auch sehr geeinigt zum lüften sind. Es wird im Sommer etwas wärmer, allerdings liegt das auch am Altbau. Im Zimmer sind schöne Holzdielen verlegt und es ist sehr gut isoliert.
Das Zimmer ist natürlich vollmöbiliert und auch meine Pflanzen und meine Deko sind vorhanden. Eigenes kann aber natürlich auch mitgebracht werden. Es gibt ein 140cm Bett, einen Schreibtisch, daneben ein Regal und einen Kleiderschrank.
Da ich sehr Wert auf meine Pflanzen lege, würde es mich freuen, wenn jemand mit einem grünen Daumen einziehen würde, oder wenigstens jemand, die meine Pflanzen einmal die Woche gießen kann und nicht sterben lässt 😅
Zu der Wohnung noch, wir haben eine relativ große Küche in der alles benutzt werden kann. Ein eigenes Fach im Kühlschrank, sowie eine große Schublade und ein Holzkasten, in dem Essen verstaut werden kann. Wir haben unten ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Leider haben wir keinen Trockner. Außerdem gibt es einen großen Dachboden mit Schlafsofa und einem weiteren kleinen Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette. Auf dem Dachboden kann man gut chillen, wir benutzen ihn aber auch zum Wäsche aufhängen.
Putzen tun wir natürlich auch. Da wir 5 Mädels sind, handhaben wir es so, dass jede Woche eine Person die Geimeinschaftszimmer putzt. Somit ist jede nur alle 5 Wochen dran. Es dauert auch nur ca. eine Stunde bis man fertig ist, also kein großer Aufwand.

My room is available from the 1st of march until the 30th of June 2024. I am currently abroad for an exchange semester and extended my stay. So at the moment there is another girl living in my room as well.
Now to the room. It is about 18m2, there are 4 small windows which let in enough sun during the day and are also very good for ventilation. It gets a little warmer during summer, but this is due to the old building. The room has beautiful wooden floorboards and has very good isolation.
The room has obviously all furniture already including a 140cm bed, a desk, a big shelf, and a closet. I have quite a few plants as well so I would like someone who can handel them and doesn’t let them die😅
Another thing regarding the apartment - we have a relativly big kitchen where you can use everything and also store food in the fridge, as well as a big cupboard and a box. Downstairs we have a bathroom with a bathtube and a washingmashine. We dont have a dryer though.
Upstairs we have a loft with a big couch and an additional small bathroom with a shower. The loft is great for hanging out but we also dry our laundry there.
We obviously clean as well. We arranged it that one person cleans the kitchen and the bathrooms once a week so everyone cleans only every 5 weeks.

Unsere WG befindet sich im schönen Frankfurt Höchst. In sieben Minuten ist man
entweder zum Bahnhof Höchst gelaufen, von dem aus man mit der S1/S2/Regionalbahn in ca. 10 Min. am Hauptbahnhof/15 Min. in der Stadtmitte ist. Haltestelle Zuckschwerdtstraße mit der Straßenbahnlinie 11 ist auch 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Flughafen und Mainz sind auch einfach erreichbar (25 Min.).
Zwei Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt liegt die lokale Einkaufsstraße von Höchst, die mit
Rewe, DM, Rossmann, Post, Apotheke, Metzger, verschiedenen Bäckern, Aldi, DHL Packstation – wirklich alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Außerdem dauert es von der Haustür keine 10 Minuten bis zum Mainufer und auch das Höchster Schloss, die Altstadt und der Höchster Markt.

Our flat share is located in beautiful Frankfurt Höchst. In 7 min. you can walk to Höchst station, from where you can take the S1, S2 or the regional train to the main station in about 10 min. and to the city center in 15 min.. Zuckschwerdtstraße stop with tram line 11 is only 5 minutes from the house. The airport and Mainz can be reached very easily (25 min). Two minutes from the house is the local shopping street of Höchst, which has Rewe, DM, Rossmann, post office, pharmacy, butcher, various bakers, Aldi, DHL Packstation, etc. In addition, it takes less than 10 min. to the banks of the Main and the Höchst Castle, the old town and the Höchst market.
Hier wohnen aktuell 4 Mädels, du wärst die Nummer 5. In der Regel sehen wir uns vor allem abends in der Küche, kochen, quatschen und trinken was zusammen, je nach Lust und Laune. Manchmal gucken wir auch einen Film zusammen. :) Auch wenn wir meist viel beschäftigt sind, herrscht hier humorvolle und herzlicher Stimmung. Es ist wichtig, dass wir Rücksicht aufeinander nehmen und dass du dich wirklich zuhause fühlst. Wir lieben unsere Altbauwohnung sehr und kümmern uns meistens gemeinsam um die Aufgaben, die in einer Wohnung so anfallen.

There are currently 4 girls living here, you would be number 5. We usually see each other in the kitchen in the evenings, cooking, chatting and drinking something together, depending on our mood. Sometimes we also watch a movie together :) Even if we are usually busy, there is a humorous and warm atmosphere here, it would be nice if you could imagine a similar atmosphere. It is important for us to be considerate, comfortable, and homey together. We love our old apartment very much and we take care of the small tasks that arise in an apartment for which there is a cleaning plan.
