Das Zimmer ist großzügig geschnitten und hat eine tolle große Fensterfront. In dem Zimmer befindet sich ein Schreibtisch, welcher vom Vermieter gestellt wurde. Weitere Möbel bleiben ebenfalls dort, diese gehören dem Vermieter und sind kostenlos nutzbar.
Die Wohnung wurde im Februar 2020 komplett modernisiert, heißt alle Zimmer, das Bad mit Walk-In Regendusche und allen Armaturen, Keramikteile, etc.
Die Küche hat eine neue, grifflosen Zeile mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Backofen, Kochfeld und LED-Steuerung per Fernbedienung.

The room is spacious and has a great large window front. In the room is a desk, which was provided by the landlord. Other furniture also remain there, these belong to the landlord and can be used free of charge.

Die Wohnung ist in einer Seitenstraße der Konstabler Wache. Zentraler kann man also gar nicht wohnen. Die in direkter Fußnähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Barsund der Main. Die Lage könnte also kaum besser sein. Da sich das Zimmer in der fünften Etage befindet, hörst Du so gut wie keine Geräusche von der Straße.

The apartment is in a side street of Konstabler Wache. So you can not live more centrally. The in direct walking distance are shopping, restaurants, bars and the Main. The location could hardly be better. Since the room is located on the fifth floor, you hear almost no noise from the street.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt und ungezwungen. Mauritz befindet sich im Referendariat für das 2. juristische Staatsexamen und ist tagsüber außer Haus. Außerdem macht gern Sport. Ieva macht gerade ein Praktikum bei der EZB und reist germe. Antonia arbeitet bei einer Werbeagentur und studiert berufsbegleitend. Allgemein ist es allerdings ein sehr respektvolles und nettes Zusammenleben. Häufig wird abends in der Küche zusammen gekocht, am Abend ein gemeinsames Bier oÄ getrunken oder Etwas unternommen.

Life in the shared flat is very relaxed and informal. Mauritz is in his traineeship for the 2nd state law exam and is out of the house during the day. He also enjoys doing sports. Ieva is doining an internship at ECB right now and loves to travel. Antonia works in advertising and is studying as well. In general, however, it is a very respectful and nice living together. Often they cook together in the kitchen in the evening, drink a beer/likewise in the evening or do something together
