Das Zimmer ist das kleinste (aber damit auch das günstigste) in der WG und geht zum Hinterhof. Es verfügt über ein großes Fenster und Laminatboden.
The room is the smallest (but also the cheapest) in the Apartment, directed to the backyard. It includes a big window and laminate.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Innenstadt, nahe der Zeil (Seitenstraße). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle in Fußnähe erreichbar (Aldi innerhalb ca.5 Minuten, Rewe in MyZeil). Die Haltestellen Konstablerwache und Eschenheimer Tor sind beide innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Direkt oberhalb der Wohnung liegt die Eschenheimer Anlage, was einen guten Ausgleich zur Innenstadt ermöglicht.
The Apartment is located in Inner City, near Zeil. Grocery Stores are really accessible (Aldi 5 Minutes, Rewe in MyZeil). Subway Stations Konstablerwache und Eschenheimer Tor are 5-10 walking minutes away. The park Eschenheimer Anlage is located across the street, which gives a good Balance to the inner city.
Zum 15.11. wird ein Zimmer in unserer 3-WG frei. Wir sind beide weiblich (Julia & Anika). Wir studieren beide, arbeiten nebenbei noch als Werkstudentinnen und sind dementsprechend auch mal tagsüber beziehungsweise mehrere Tage nicht da. Wir sind keine Zweck WG, sondern treffen uns gerne mal zum Kochen, auf ein Bier, Kaffee oder anderes in der Küche. Dennoch ziehen wir uns beide gerne in unsere Zimmer zurück und verbringen auch mal Zeit alleine.
Die Katze ist zu Besuch bei uns und bleibt bis Ende September (kommt allerdings in Zukunft wahrscheinlich öfter).
Erfahrungen im WG-Leben oder einer eigenen Wohnung sind gewünscht.
On 15.11. a room in our 3-WG will be free. We are both female (Julia & Anika). We're both studying, we're still working as student trainees on the side and, as a result, we're not there during the day or for several days. We are not a shared flat, but like to meet up to cook, have a beer, coffee or something else in the kitchen. Nevertheless, we both like to retreat to our rooms and spend time alone.
The cat is for a visit and will leave end of September (she will stay over more often).
Die Wohnung wurde von Anika angemietet und wird als Untermiete weitervermietet. An der Gültigkeit des Mietvertrages ändert das nichts, die Erlaubnis vom Eigentümer der Wohnung hierfür ist vorhanden.
Das Zimmer wird voraussichtlich zum 15.11. frei. Es besteht allerdings die Möglichkeit, dass unser Mitbewohner früher auszieht und das Zimmer damit ebenfalls früher verfügbar ist.
Der Mietzeitraum mindestens bis März. Wenn das Zusammenleben passt kann der Zeitraum gerne verlängert werden! :)

The apartment was rented by Anika and is being sublet. This does not change the validity of the rental agreement, the owner of the apartment has given permission for this.
The room will probably be available on 15.11. There is the possibility, that our roommate is moving out earlier.
