WG for 3 people. The flat is fully furnished by us and has 1 big living room, 1 bathroom and 3 bedrooms. It is very bright, facing West from the living room and East from the bedroom so we have both sunrise and sunset.
The bedroom is small but is very cozy, with a view on the European Central Bank from the window.
Furnitures in the room need to be bought: bed with storage underneath, desk, chair, cupboard (in the corridor), as well as the furnitures in the flat.
Rent is 595€ per month, all included (electricity, internet, hot water, heater, GEZ)
Deposit is 1300€
Total cost for the furnitures is 900€ (bedroom + common spaces)

Calm area despite being centrally located
We are a flatshare of 3 people. You will be sharing the flat with Victor and Annika.
Annika is a business student who likes dancing and traveling.
Victor likes going to the gym and reading. He comes from the US, so you need to be able to speak English to communicate :)
Our flatshare is easy going, we like to hang out in the living room, watching movies, cooking and talking. But we also have our own life and can have our privacy when needed. You are more likely to come back home to a sociable atmosphere vs. closed doors.
Music may be played, food can be shared and chores are usually split. Cheers :)
