Hallo! Ich suche eine Nachmieterin oder einen Nachmieter für mein schönes, großes und helles Zimmer mit eigenem großen Balkon und super Anbindung zu Innenstadt und ÖPNV (Bus, Straßenbahn, U-Bahn). Das Zimmer wird modern möbliert vermietet, inkl. Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Fernseher. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, es gibt alles, was man für ein gutes WG-Leben braucht: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine mit Trockner, Küchengeräte, Staubsauger etc. Alle 2 Wochen wird die Wohnung auch professionell geputzt.
In der Miete ist bereits alles enthalten wie Kosten für Strom, warmes Wasser, Heizung, Internet, GEZ, die Putzhilfe etc.
Die Lage ist unschlagbar, man ist direkt auf der Zeil, verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ÖPNV-Anbindung (Zoo oder Konstablerwache) sind in <5 min. erreichbar. Mit dem Anlagenring und dem Bethmannpark hat man auch direkt Grünanlagen vor der Haustür.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr nett, freundlich, unkompliziert und offen. In der WG leben zwei Studenten, wobei der eine gerade ein Praktikum in Frankfurt macht und der andere gerade Deutsch lernt, deshalb findet das WG-Leben meistens auf Englisch statt. Grundlegende Sauberkeit ist uns allen wichtig, wird aber wegen der Putzhilfe nie zum Problem. Wir treffen uns gerne in der Küche und essen zusammen, unterhalten uns und machen den ein oder anderen WG-Ausflug.
Mieter/Mieterinnen sollten die drei letzten Gehaltsabrechnungen vorweisen können oder jemanden als Bürgen stellen können. Bitte bestätigt das in eurer Nachricht.

Hello, I am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful, large and bright room with its own large balcony and excellent connections to the city centre and public transport (bus, tram, underground). The room is rented modernly furnished, including bed, wardrobe, desk and TV. The flat is fully equipped, there is everything you need for a good shared flat life: dishwasher, washing machine with tumble dryer, kitchen appliances, hoover etc. The flat is also professionally cleaned every 2 weeks.
Everything is already included in the rent, such as electricity, hot water, heating, internet, GEZ, cleaners, etc.
The location is unbeatable, you are directly on the Zeil, various shops and public transport (zoo or Konstablerwache) can be reached in <5 minutes. With the Anlagenring and Bethmannpark, you also have green spaces right on your doorstep.
Life in the shared flat is very nice, friendly, uncomplicated and open. There are two students living in the shared flat, one of whom is currently doing an internship and the other is learning German, so life in the shared flat is mostly in English. Basic cleanliness is important to all of us, but never becomes a problem because of the cleaners. We like to meet in the kitchen and eat together, chat and go on the odd outing.
