In unserer wunderschönen, freundlichen, extrem zentral gelegenen und super gut ausgestatteten WG wird ab dem 1 Mai ein Zimmer frei (Einzug wird nach Absprache bereits etwas früher möglich sein).
Unsere frisch renovierte Wohnung verteilt sich auf das 3. und 4. OG eines postmodernen Architektenhause und verfügt über insgesamt 270m² mit 2 Bädern, 2 weiteren Toiletten und einem riesigen, wunderschönen Wohnzimmer.
Im Keller haben wir einen großen und trockenen Abstellraum, in dem auch Fahrräder problemlos Platz haben.
Dein Zimmer hat gut 14qm und zusätzlich gibt es ein separates Zimmer, dass wir als Kleiderschrank nutzen (hier ist ausreichend Platz, sodass Du keinen weiteren Kleiderschrank in Deinem Zimmer brauchst). Dein Zimmer liegt super ruhig Richtung Innenhof mit bodentiefen Fenstern und Blick auf den Dom. Du hast also immer viel Licht.
Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz kann in Abhängigkeit von der Verfügbarkeit von der Stadt in einer nahegelegenen Tiefgarage angemeitet werden.

Starting as of 1st May we will have a free room in our beautiful, friendly and very central shared flat. Earlier move-in is possible, starting 15 April.
Our recently renovated flat is spread out over the 3rd and 4th floor of a post-modern architecture house. The flat has 270m² in total and includes 2 bathrooms, 2 additional toilets and a very big living room with view on the cathedral and on the river. We also have a big & dry basement in which there is plenty of space for bicycles.
Your room by itself has around 14m². It has top-to-bottom windows facing the inner yard and you always have plenty of light. You also have a view to the cathedral. In addition to your room you have part of a shared walk-in closet, which is an extra room just next to yours - so space is not an issue.
A permanent parking space can be rented from the city of Frankfurt in a neighboring parking garage (depending on availability).

Direkt am Dom, 100m vom Main, 5 Minuten zu Konstablerwache und Zeil, außerdem die Schirn und die U-Bahn (mit U4 und U5 ist man in zwei Stationen auf der Berger Straße oder am Hauptbahnhof) direkt nebenan: Wer gerne zentral wohnt wird sich hier wohlfühlen. Trotz der zentralen Lage herrscht kaum Autoverkehr, auch die Hauptmenschenströme gehen nicht an deinem Fenster bzw. dem Innenhof entlang. Nur der Dom um die Ecke zieht einige Touristen an, aber das macht die Lage erst interessant. Kneipen und Restaurants finden sich in der Nähe zur Genüge.

Directly next to the cathedral, 100m from the Main river, 5mins by foot to Konstablerwache and Zeil, directly next to the Schirn museum and the U-Bahn stop "Dom/Römer" (lines U4 & U5 - 2 stops to central station or Berger Str.). So if you like to live centrally you will enjoy the location ;) Despite being so central there is hardly any car traffic and the tourists also pass by the other side of the house. In the sorounding there are plenty of cool restaurants, cafés & bars.

Deine Mitbewohner sind sehr entspannt und gesellig. Wir arbeiten im Bereich Innovationsmanagement, Consumer Insights und als Berater. Es wird gerne gemeinsam gekocht, gequatscht, weggegangen und überhaupt ist das eine WG, in der es Spaß macht in einer WG zu wohnen ;)

Your flatmates are very relaxed and social. We work in innovation management, consumer insights and consulting. We like to cook together, talk and go out - we generally have a lot of fun together! ;)

Eine Putzfrau kommt wöchentlich für die gemeinsamen Räume (zzgl. 15€/Woche). :) Falls du möchtest, putzt sie nach Absprache auch dein Zimmer und kann Deine Wäsche machen. In der Ablöse sind alle wesentlichen Gemeinschaftsmöbel enthalten, u.a. Siebträgerkaffeemaschine, Esstisch, Sofas, etc., etc., etc. Der Mietpreis von 787€/Monat beinhaltet Nebenkosten, Internet, GEZ und einen Puffer (der sich auf dem WG-Konto akkumuliert und von Zeit zu Zeit zurück an Dich fließt).
Bei Interesse schreibt mir gerne eine Nachricht mit ein paar Sachen über euch (wer seid ihr, was macht ihr so beruflich & privat, WG Erfahrungen). Ich koordiniere dann ein Gespräch mit euch und meinen Mitbewohnern - am besten persönlich, sonst geht auch WhatsApp/Teams.

For the common areas we have a cleaner who is coming once per week. If you want she also cleans your room (upon agreement) and does your laundry.
If you are interested please write me message with a few things about yourselves (who you are, what you do professionally & privately, any shared flat experiences). I will then coordinate a meeting between you and my flatmates best in person, otherwise WhatsApp/Teams also works.
