The room is the larger of the two rooms, it has good warm and soundproofed windows overlooking the back of the house. The room measures 2,90m x 5,50m and there is no space wasted by any niches, chamfers or the like. There is no direct balcony access, but this is possible via the kitchen.
The room "available" over an old couch and a wardrobe from IKEA :-)
Es handelt sich bei dem Zimmer um das größere der beiden Zimmer, es verfügt über gut wärme- und schallisolierte Fenster mit Blick auf die Rückseite des Hauses. Das Zimmer misst 2,90m x 5,50m und es wird kein Platz durch irgendwelche Nischen, Daschrägen o.ä. verschwendet. Es besteht kein direkter Balkon-Zugang, über die Küche ist das aber möglich.
Das Zimmer "verfügt" über eine alte Couch sowie einen Kleiderschrank von IKEA :-)
Centrally around the corner of the Konstablerwache in the best city centre position. The stop Konstablerwache is reached in about 2 minutes on foot, the Börneplatz in approx. 4. In the house there is a Greek restaurant, close to numerous other bars, restaurants, kiosks, supermarkets (Aldi, Tegut, Penny, various small food markets). The connection to almost every Frankfurt district is provided thanks to ÖPNV.
The apartment is located on the 4th and thus the top floor of a multi-family house and has a huge balcony with great views towards Skyline, which can be used excellently in summer thanks to the awnings. Fridge, stove, oven, as well as washing and dishwasher are present, they are property of the landlord.
Zentral um die Ecke der Konstablerwache in bester Innenstadtlage. Die Haltestelle Konstablerwache ist in ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht, der Börneplatz in ca. 4. Im Haus befindet sich ein griechisches Restaurant, in unmittelbarer Nähe zahlreiche weitere Bars, Restaurants, Kiosks, Supermärkte (Aldi, Tegut, Penny, diverse kleine Lebensmittelmärkte). Die Anbindung an nahezu jeden Frankfurter Stadtteil ist dank ÖPNV gegeben.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. und damit obersten Stockwerk eines Mehrfamilienhauses und hat einen riesigen Balkon mit tollem Blick in Richtung Skyline, der sich dank der Markisen auch im Sommer hervorragend nutzen lässt. Kühlschrank, Herd, Ofen, sowie Wasch- und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden, sie sind Eigentum des Vermieters.
I'm Tim :) I am 29 years old and working full-time as a service employee for a tour operator, so mostly up to some exceptions in the office during the day. I like to spend the evenings at home (sometimes alone, sometimes with the present roommate), depending on the pleasure, mood and weather but also with friends outside, on the weekend I go to the stadium so often.
From time to time, friends are here, just in summer, then the evenings are usually spent on one or other beer on the balcony.
Gude zusammen, ich bin Tim :) Ich bin 29 Jahre alt und in Vollzeit als Service-Mitarbeiter für einen Reiseveranstalter berufstätig, somit meistens bis auf einige Ausnahmen tagsüber im Büro. Die Abende verbringe ich gerne zuhause (mal alleine, mal mit dem gegenwärtigen Mitbewohner), je nach Lust, Laune und Wetter aber auch mit Freunden draußen, am Wochenende gehe ich so oft es geht ins Stadion.
Ab und an sind am Wochenende Freunde hier, gerade im Sommer, dann werden die Abende meistens bei dem einen oder anderen Bierchen auf dem Balkon verbracht.
