One cozy room with private balcony available from March 2024 in a beautiful 84sqm flat with two balconies. The flat is a light-filled, fully modernised Altbau in the city centre of Frankfurt (close to Konstablerwache).
The flat is on the 3rd floor, with high ceilings, wooden oak floors and high-quality wooden windows. The flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen (induction stove, big oven, dishwasher, wooden countertop, fridge, lots of storage) that opens to a spacious dining area with a south-facing balcony. The bathroom is fully modernised with a walk-in-shower and daylight window. The house has an elevator as well.
Your room has a private balcony. Furniture (as pictured) might be taken over from the previous tenant. Manuel, who is moving out, will get back to you to organise a visit and for you to get to know the others.
You would share with Fabian who has been living in the flat for quite a while and a new person for the 3rd room that will also be open from March 24 (if you know a friend, you can apply together!). The atmosphere is open-minded and friendly, while leaving each other the space and privacy that one needs. Tidiness is important, and smoking should be limited to the balconies.
The contract is a sublease contract.

The flat is located in the lively Allerheiligenviertel, 2 min walk to U/S-Bahn Konstablerwache, close to cafés and markets, 5 min walk to the main and 15 min walk to the European Central Bank.
You share the flat with Fabian and Bjarne. They are both young professionals in their 20s. They are kind, open and easy-going. Both are fairly busy during the week and like to keep the flat tidy and calm, but are up for socialising, cooking or doing sports on the weekends. The atmosphere in the flat is friendly, clean and respectful while leaving each other their own space.
