Zum 01.04 wird mein schönes Zimmer frei. Ich hinterlasse 3 nette Mitbewohner, die alle Berufstätig sind. Es würde daher besser passen, wenn du auch bereits arbeitest. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und trotz zentraler Lage ruhig. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, die Küche ist der Gemeintschaftsraum mit Küchentisch sowie Sofa. Das Bad hat Badewanne und Dusche. Alles ist in einem sehr ordentlichen Zustand.
Bitte schreibt uns doch ein paar Zeilen über Euch. Da einige von uns Pendler sind bzw. lange arbeiten, ist es immer schwierig Termine zu machen. Daher wäre es super, wenn du am 05.03 abends Zeit hättest.
Für einige Sachen im Zimmer möchte ich einen Abstand von ca 200 €. Für Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine kommt auch noch ein Abstand hinzu, den ich bis zur Besichtigung herausfinde. ;)
