Hey zusammen,
das Zimmer ist circa 13qm groß, hat einen direkten Zugang zum großen WG Balkon (weiterer Balkonzugang über das Wohnzimmer möglich). Das Zimmer hat eine komplette Wand als Glasfront, somit ist es schön hell :)
Das Zimmer kostet inklusive Nebenkosten, Internet, Strom etc. 540€.
Der Schrank und die Kommode bleiben in dem Zimmer und müssen für 550€ übernommen werden (inklusive Abstand für weitere Möbel in der Wohnung).
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Innenstadt bei der Konstablerwache, somit sind alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel direkt nebenan (U-Bahn, Straßenbahn, Bus, S-Bahn, Nachbusse).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind hier unzählige sowohl für Lebensmittel (REWE, Aldi, Netto etc.) als auch Klamotten und Sonstiges.
Wir haben eine liebevolle gemischte internationale WG, in der alle Mitbewohner super herzlich, offen und einfach toll sind. Es ist ein Mix aus Studenten und Arbeitern :)
Wir haben viele schöne und witzige Momente zusammen erlebt und somit suchen wir eine tolle weibliche Nachmieterin zwischen 19 und 30 für unsere WG. :-)
