Das helle Zimmer ist 13 Quadratmeter groß. Mit inbegriffen (unter Vereinbarung) sind ein Tisch, ein Bett und ein Kleiderschrank. Die Wohnung liegt im obersten Stockwerk, im 5. OG. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Zudem gibt es einen Innenhof, wo man Fahrräder abstellen kann. Die Wohnung hat auch einen großen Balkon mit einem Grill. Unter Vereinbarung kann ich das Zimmer auch schon früher abgeben.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Konstablerwache. Sowohl die U-Bahn als auch die S-Bahn Station sind in 1 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir sind die einzige WG in dem Gebäude, weshalb man auch mal ein bisschen lauter sein kann. Bis auf die Shishabar im Erdgeschoss ist es auch recht ruhig abends.
Zur Zeit gibt es drei Bewohner (1 Frau, 2 Männer). Ich selbst werde ausziehen, weshalb ich einen Nachmieter suche. Es handelt sich nicht um eine reine Zweck-WG, wir unternehmen auch mal was. Jedoch bekommt jeder seine Ruhe, führt sein eigenes Leben und kann sich jederzeit zurückziehen.
