Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und hat durch den Altbau hohe Decken, wodurch es noch größer wirkt. Der Stuck, sowie der echte Pakett-Boden sind wunderschön. Alle Wände sind weiß gestrichen. Das Zimmer wird unmöbiliert vermietet!
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt auf der Zeil, wodurch eine zentralere Lage kaum möglich ist.
Man benötigt 4 Minuten zu Fuß zur Konstablerwache, wo S-Bahnen, Busse und Straßenbahnen fahren. Zur Hauptwache braucht man zu Fuß circa 12 Minuten und zum Main 8 Minuten.
Die Wohngemeinschaft ist keine Zweck-WG! Wir haben gerne zusammen gekocht, Trash-Tv geguckt oder einfach gemeinsam geredet.
Wünsche oder Probleme werden offen kommuniziert und es gibt ein harmonisches Zusammenleben, wo jeder respektiert wird.
Leonie studiert Medizin an der Goethe-Uni und Sabina studiert Architektur an der Fachhochschule.
Beide sind sehr lieb und aufmerksam.
In der Küche gibt es sowohl eine Spül- als auch eine Waschmaschine.
Sauberkeit und Ordnung ist uns wichtig.
Erstmal vermiete ich die Wohnung unter bis zum 01.10.2023., allerdings ist es eventuell möglich anschließend in der Wohnung wohnen zu bleiben.
Alles Weitere wird dann vor Ort besprochen :)
