Hello there,
I am moving out of my 3er-WG flat on 01.05. and looking for a next tenant. The move-in date can be flexible between 01.05.-15.05. after discussion.
The flat is on the 2nd floor facing the road with a big bright window. The building is equipped with a lift.
In the room, you already have a sofabed, a desk with drawers, a chair, a closet, a tv and a tv stand.
It is located in Mörfelden-Walldorf which is close to Frankfurt Airport. Within 2 minutes you will reach a bus stop on foot. The bus line 751 will directly take you to the airport ca. 22 minutes. If you take the same bus to the opposite direction, it leads you to Walldorf bahnhof where you can take a train to Frankfurt Hbf. The train ride takes ca. 15 minutes.
Right across the flat, there is a Sparkasse and a pharmacy. Within 5 minutes distance, you will reach a shopping square where you can find Rewe, Penny, laundry shop, dm, Deichmann and more.
There are currently 2 other flatmates (1 female, 1 male). Both are German professionals and travel to their hometown on weekends. They are super cool and speak fluet English. You will share the bathroom, living room, kitchen and the keller. In Keller there is 1 wasching machine and 1 drying maching which run with tokens. You can purchase tokens at the Janitor's office.
The warmmiete is 410€/ month including electricty, heating, internet and GEZ so you will not have any extra costs.
I've been living here since I started an internship in April 2018. The room is not big but very bright. It was pretty convenient to stay here so I lived longer than planned.
