Das Zimmer ist 16 qm groß, es ergibt sich eine Nutzfläche von 40 qm (16 qm Zimmer plus 25 qm gemeinsame Nutzfläche aus Badezimmer, Küche und Flur). Das Zimmer ist mit hellen Farben gestrichen (kann auch geändert werden) und verleiht einen freundlichen Eindruck. Es ist mit dunkel-braunem Laminat ausgelegt. Die Küche ist modern ausgestattet mit einer Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Induktions-Herd, einem Bartisch und entsprechenden Stühlen. Teller, Töpfe, Besteck und sonstiges Küchenwerkzeug ist vorhanden und steht zur Verfügung bereit. Das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Dusche und Duschvorhang. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden und kann ebenfalls benutzt werden. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit 7 Parteien. Die Parteien sind sehr freundlich und bunt gemischt mit Studenten, Berufstätigen, einer Familie und Senioren.
For clarification, the room is not furnished. The room is bright and currently painted in a light blue, as shown in the pictures (can be changed, to be discussed). The apartment has a laundry machine that I just recently purchased, a bathtub, a dishwasher, an induction stove, an oven, a microwave, basically all kitchen supplies are there, but feel free to bring your favorite cooking pot or whatever. All costs are included in the rent (Wifi, electricity, water etc.)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Frankfurt Nied in der Nähe der Nidda (Fußweg 10 Minuten). Mit dem Auto benötigt man ca. 10-15 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt, ja nach Verkehr. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind es ca. 20 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt (Tür zu Tür). Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreichbar (zu Fuß: Bus 1 min, S-Bahn 8-10 min). Von der S-Bahn Station Nied fährt man 7 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof bzw. 11 Minuten bis zur Hauptwache (Stadtmitte). Die Autobahn (A5, A648 etc.) ist über die Auffahrt Rebstock ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen (2 min).
The apartment is located close to the river Nidda, which is perfect for running and relaxing. It takes you 10 minutes by car and train (train: S1/ S2) to get into the city (pure driving time). Door-to-door by train is 20-25 minutes. The is a Rewe and Lidl close by, as well as a post office, a bakery, a beach bar, doctors and lost more.
Ich bin berufstätig (Banker), treibe gerne Sport, bin für Unternehmungen gerne zu haben, aber auch die Privatsphäre wird immer gewahrt.
You should be fun, interesting, able to hold a good conversation, down to go for a drink sometimes, enjoy life and have good vibes only. You should be clean and pee sitting down.
