Das Zimmer ist ca. 13 qm groß, sehr hell und hat ein großes Fenster mit Ausblick über Niederrad.
In der Wohnung gibt es zwei weitere Zimmer. Das größere (ca. 21 qm) hat Zugang zu einem Balkon, der Platz für einen Tisch, Pflanzen, einem kleinen Sofa.... bietet.
Da unsere Küche recht klein ist (ca. 9 qm), ist unsere Idee, dass das größte Zimmer auch teilweise als Wohnzimmer genutzt werden kann (natürlich nach Absprache mit der Person, die dort wohnt).
Da wir die Wohnung gerade selbst erst übernommen haben, sieht sie auf den Bildern noch etwas leer aus. Gerade sind wir dabei die Küche zu planen/kaufen/bauen und glauben, dass es sehr schön und gemütlich wird.
Die Bilder sind leider sehr dunkel geworden, aber es war auch wirklich ein sehr grauer Tag und wir haben noch keine Glühbirnen drin. Eigentlich ist sie sehr hell!!

The room is approx. 13 square metres in size, is very bright and has a large window with a view over Niederrad.
There are two further rooms in the flat. The larger one (approx. 21 square metres) has access to a balcony, which offers space for a table, plants, a small sofa....
As our kitchen is quite small (approx. 9 square metres), our idea is that the largest room can also be partly used as a living room (after consultation with the person who lives there, of course).
As we have only just taken over the flat ourselves, it still looks a bit empty in the pictures. We are currently planning/buying/building the kitchen and think it will be very nice and cosy.
Unfortunately, the pictures are very dark, but it was a really grey day and we don't have any light bulbs in there yet. It's actually very bright!
Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum S-Bahnhof Niederrad (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß) und der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Melibocusstraße (ca. 3 Minute zu Fuß).
Die Wohnung ist Teil eines größeren Mehrfamilienhauses. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es viele Grünflächen und der Niederräder Stadtwald ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
In Laufnähe gibt es einen REWE, netto, EDEKA und ALDI.

The flat is located in the immediate vicinity of the Niederrad S-Bahn station (approx. 5 minutes on foot) and the Melibocusstraße tram stop (approx. 3 minutes on foot).
The flat is part of a larger apartment block. There are many green spaces in the immediate vicinity and the Niederrad city forest is only a 10-minute walk away.
There is a REWE, netto, EDEKA and ALDI within walking distance.
Wir sind 25 und 30 Jahre alt, studieren und/oder lohnarbeiten und wohnen schon seit 2,5 Jahren zusammen. Eine von uns singt in einem großartigen feministischen Chor, schläft gerne aus, kocht nicht so gerne im Alltagsstress, sondern lieber am Wochenende mit viel Zeit und kümmert sich mit viel Liebe um WG Pflanzen.
Die andere von uns ist bei verschiedenen politischen Projekten dabei, interessiert sich für Film, liebt Kinoabende und gemeinsames Frühstück.
Uns beiden ist es wichtig gemeinschaftlich zu leben. Für uns heißt das, dass wir gemeinsam einkaufen und miteinander kochen, wir uns bei den kleinen und großen Herausforderungen des Alltags unterstützen und, auch wenn wir viel unterwegs sind, Zeit füreinander und unser Zuhause finden - zum Beispiel beim gemeinsamen Abendessen.

We are 25 and 30 years old, study and/or work and have been living together for 2.5 years. One of us sings in a great feminist choir, likes to sleep in, doesn't enjoy cooking in the stress of everyday life but prefers to spend time cooking at the weekend and looks after the plants in our shared flat with lots of love.
The other one of us is involved in various political projects, is interested in film, loves cinema evenings and having breakfast together.
It's important to both of us to live together. For us, this means that we shop and cook together, we support each other with the small and big challenges of everyday life and, even when we are on the move a lot, we find time for each other and our home - for example, when we have dinner together.
