The room is about 17 m2 tall, bright and quiet, as it is located to the courtyard – accordingly does not heat up in summer. It is unfurnished, but has light-proof curtains, a lamp and a fly grating that would remain.
From size, it offers enough space for at least one bed, a wardrobe/clothes bar and a desk. It is a women's WG, so a roommate is sought.

Das Zimmer ist ca. 17 m² groß, hell und ruhig, da es zum Innenhof liegt – heizt dementsprechend im Sommer nicht so auf. Es wird unmöbliert übergeben, hat aber lichtdichte Vorhänge, eine Lampe und ein Fliegengitter, die bleiben würden.
Von der Größe her, bietet es genug Platz für mind. ein Bett, einem Kleiderschrank/Kleiderstange sowie einen Schreibtisch. Es handelt sich um eine Frauen-WG, es wird also eine Mitbewohnerin gesucht.
Warmmiete: 550 €, inkl. Strom, WLAN und Nutzung der voll ausgestatteten Wohnung
