The room is spacious with a lot of day light coming in and balcony access.
It has a nice wooden parquet floor and can be rented with furnitures if needed.
The apartment has completely equipped kitchen and living room to share (see pictures).
The house is beautiful well maintained old building.
Neighbours are kind and helpful which creates a great atmosphere to live in.
The apartment is perfectly located, close to the center but just far enough to avoid its noise and hustle.
Several public transportation options are just a minute walk down the street.

The Main river, city forest and shopping options are close by within walking distance.
I am 39 years old and from Frankfurt.
For a job assignment, I will move to Latin America next month.
Therefore, I am looking for a kind open person to share my apartment with for the duration of my assignment.
It is not a typical WG as I will be abroad and not using the apartment except short term visits.
