Hey there, I'm lookin for a new flatmate for our beautiful shared apartment in Niederrad for the beginning of July! The room has to be rented for at least three month. The cozy place has the typical high walls, a big window and all the furniture you need. There is a living room, which can be used and we also have a big garden where we like to spend time.
The room can be rented with or without furniture.

Hallo zusammen, ich suche ab dem 01.07. eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder Mitbewohner für unsere schöne Altbau WG in Niederrad. Ich suche nach jemandem, der mindestens 3 Monate bleiben kann. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber fein, mit über 3 Meter hohen Wänden und einem tollen großen Fenster ausgestattet. Es kann möbliert, teilmöbliert oder unmöbliert vermietet. Außer dem Zimmer, gibt es noch ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, das gerne genutzt werden darf. Hinter der Haus ist ein großer Garten, der ebenfalls von allen Mieter*innen genutzt werden darf.
The flat is located in walking distance (3-5 minutes) of public transport. Tram and bus will take you to Frankfurt main station, the airport or Südbahnhof in about 5-10 minutes. It's also just 5 minutes to Uniklinik Frankfurt.
In 10-minute walking distance there is Niederrad Bahnhof, from where trains go to Wiesbaden, Mainz etc.
In terms of shopping there is a Rewe and a Penny in walking distance.
Die WG ist sehr gut im Niederrad gelegen. Zu Bus- und Bahnhaltestellen dauert es zu Fuß circa 3-5 Minuten. In 5 bis 10 Minuten erreicht man mit Bus und Bahn den Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof, Flughafen Frankfurt, den Bahnhof in Niederrad und den Südbahnhof. Die Uniklinik Frankfurt ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Außerdem gibt es fußläufig Rewe, Penny, Bäckereien etc.
