Wir haben ab sofort ein Zimmer zu vermieten, spätestes Einzugsdatum wäre der 15.06. Wir sind recht flexibel für den Einzugs-/Auszugstermin. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20qm groß und kann möbliert oder unmöbliert sein, je nach Wunsch. Du kannst einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, einen großen Kleiderschrank und ein Bett (140x200cm) haben. Die gesamte Wohnung wurde vor ein paar Jahren renoviert und ist daher in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht: Herd mit Cerankochfeld und Backofen, Kühlschrank/Gefrierschrank mit Besteck und Geschirr. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne, aber du kannst auch eine Dusche nehmen :)
Vom Zimmer aus hast du direkten Zugang zur Terrasse. Sie hat eine schöne Größe zum Chillen mit den Mitbewohnern und ein Grill steht auch schon bereit :)

We have a room to rent before 15/06. We are quite flexible for the move in/out date. The room is about 20 sqm and can be furnished or not, as you prefer. You can have a desk with a chair, a large wardrobe and a bed (140x200cm). The entire flat was renovated a few years ago so it is great condition. The kitchen has everything you need: Cooker with ceramic hob and oven, fridge/freezer with cutlery and crockery. There is also a washing machine. The bathroom has a bathtub, but you can also take a shower.
From the room you have direct access to the terrasse. It is a nice size to chill with the flatmates and a barbecue is already there waiting for you. :)
Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Niederrad im vierten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses.
Es ist ruhig und man hat eine wirklich schöne Grünanlage, also Blick auf die Bäume etc. Ab und zu sieht man auch mal ein Eichhörnchen mümmeln (scheint aber eher im Januar/Februar zu sein). Die Straßenbahn ist 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und die S-Bahn-Station Niederräder Bahnhof ist maximal 10 Minuten entfernt. Penny, Rewe, Aldi, Edeka, Denns und dm sind innerhalb von 6-11 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, so dass man alles, was man braucht, super in der Nähe hat.

The flat is located in the Niederrad district on the fourth floor of an apartment building.
It is quiet and you have a really nice green area so view on the trees etc. You get a squirrel some times munching along (seems to be more around in January-february though). The tram is 4 minutes away by foot and the S-Bahn station Niederräder Bahnhof is max 10 minutes away. Penny, Rewe, Aldi, Edeka, Denns and dm are within 6-11 minutes walking distance so you have everything you need super close-by.
WG-Typ
Wir sind 3 in der WG - Jan ist 27 Jahre alt und arbeitet in der Wirtschaftsprüfung. Er ist sehr sportlich und sehr fleißig. Philip ist ein super freundlicher Projektleiter und arbeitet in der Transportbranche. Und dann bin ich noch Gaby, ich ziehe zu meinem Liebsten:D
Es ist ein ruhiges und unkompliziertes WG-Leben. Wir plaudern eher in der Küche, wenn wir kochen oder unsere Wäsche machen. Wenn sich die Sonne endlich zeigt, haben wir auch die Terrasse zum Chillen. Hoffentlich wird das Wetter bald besser.
Jan und Philip sind beide sauber und aufgeräumt. Wir haben einen Putzplan, so dass jede Woche jemand den Boden, das Bad und die Küche putzt.

We are 3 in the flat-share - Jan is 27 years-old and works in auditing. He is very sporty and very busy. Philip is a super friendly project manager and works in the transport industry. And then I am Gaby, I am leaving to move in with my beloved.:D
It is a quiet and uncomplicated flat-sharing life. We tend to chat in the kitchen when we are cooking or when we are doing our washing. When the sun finally shows up we also have the terrasse to chill. Hopeful the weather will pick up soon.
Jan and Philip are both clean and tidy. We have a cleaning rota so every week someone does the floor, bathroom and kitchen.
