Das Zimmer ist möbliert und kann falls gewünscht auch leer bezogen und gestaltet werden. Die Möbel können alle ohne Extra-Kosten genutzt werden. Der Boden ist laminiert und momentan stehen ein Kleiderschrank, 2 Kommoden, ein 1,5m Breiter weißer Schreibtisch (auf einem Bild sichtbar) + ein Stuhl und ein 90cm breites Einzelbett mit Matratze im Zimmer. Es befinden sich auch 2 Regalböden an der Wand.
Es kommt viel Tageslicht rein und ist angenehm kühl temperiert im Sommer. Die Wohnung selbst hat eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, mit Herdplatten, Mikrowelle, Mini-Ofen, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Wie in den Bildern zu sehen hat das Bad hat eine Badewanne. Dazu gibt es einen Fahrradkeller und sonst auch mehr als genug Stauraum, falls das Zimmer nicht ausreichen sollte. Um schwerere Sachen in den 3. Stock zu transportieren gibt es einen kleinen Lastenaufzug der bis zu 100kg trägt.

The furniture in the pictures are available and don't cost anything! Currently, this room is furnished and can be emptied and redesigned if desired. There is a laminated floor, a wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers, a white desk (1,5m wide) + chair, a 90cm wide single bed with mattress in the room and 2 shelves on the wall.
There is a lot of natural light in the room (and it is pleasantly cool in summer).
There is a fully equipped kitchen with hotplates, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and a washing machine. As you can see in the pictures the bathroom has a bathtub.
There is more than enough space to store your things if the room itself is not enough. You can store your bicycle in the basement, and to get heavy stuff up to the second floor (where the apartment is) there is a small freight elevator (up to 100kg).
Wir befinden uns 3 Minuten Fußweg von der Straßenbahn Station Gerauer Straße entfernt, da fährt die Linie 12 und 19 entlang sowie die Busse 78, 84. Mit der Straßenbahn sind es nur 6 Minuten zur Bürostadt Niederrad.
Es sind 8 Minuten Fußweg zur S-Bahn Station Niederrad Bahnhof, von dort aus ist es nur eine Station zum Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof, 2 Stationen zum Frankfurter Flughafen und 3 Stationen zur Innenstadt. Man ist im Nu überall wo man hin muss. Der nächste Penny Supermarkt ist 3 Minuten entfernt, dann gibt es noch einen kleinen russischer Supermarkt nur 4 Minuten und 10 Minuten weiter findest du noch mehr Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. 2 Minuten entfernt gibt es einen Bäcker, und 2 Pizzerien.
The Gerauer Straße tram stop is a 3-minute walk, where lines 12 and 19 run as well as buses 78 and 84. The Niederrad office district is only 6 minutes away by tram.
Located 8 minutes walk away from Niederrad Bahnhof/station, Frankfurt Central Station is only one stop away, Frankfurt Airport is 2 stops away, and the city center is 3 stops away. You're in no time everywhere you need to go to.
The next Penny supermarket is 3 minutes away thwre is another small russian super market 4 minutes away and it takes 10 minutes to find more supermarkets. There is a bakery and 2 pizzerias only 2 eminutes away.
Die aktuelle Bewohnerin des Zimmers zieht zum Ende ihres Praktikums aus, weshalb nun das Zimmer in der WG frei wird.
Wir sind eine Studentin, eine Berufstätige und eine Katze. Mimi (22) ist nun im 3. Semester der Film, Theater- und Medienwissenschaften und ich (28) jobbe gerade und plane eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatikerin 2024 zu beginnen. Wir beide sprechen Deutsch und Englisch. Mauzi (13) wohnt seit Februar letzten Jahres hier. Letztere ist eine schläfrige Katze die es mag viel gestreichelt und gekrault zu werden. Tagsüber maunzt sie einen im Flur an wenns um Futter oder Aufmerksamkeit geht :D
Da ich sie adoptiert habe ist meine Tür für sie die meiste Zeit offen, aber du hast keine Pflicht sie in dein Zimmer zu lassen. In die Küche darf sie nur, wenn jemand dabei ist.
In der WG läuft es nach dem Motto alles kann, nichts muss. Von nur ab und zu plaudern bis gemeinsame Aktivitäten ist alles drin. Nur eine reine Zweck-WG ist nicht gewünscht.
Our flatmates internship ends in September, so in October the room becomes available.
We are one student, one full time worker and one cat. Mimi (22) studies film, theater and media studies and I (28) plan to start an apprenticeship in programming in 2024. Mauzi (13) has been living here since February last year. The latter is a sleepy cat who likes to be petted a lot. And she meows at you in the hallway when it comes to food or some attention :)
Since I adopted her, my bedroom door is almost always open because of the cat. But you have no obligation to let her into your room. In the WG it we're like whatever floats your boat. From just chatting now and then to joint activities, everything is possible. Only a purely functional flat share is not desired.
Up to now, we usually chat in the kitchen and from time to time we do some activities together (like going out, climbing etc.).
Das Haus wurde erst um 2013-2014 zuletzt saniert.
