Die möblierte WG ist in EG. Sie hat 1 voll ausgestattete Küche, 1 Bad mit WC. Es gibt einen großen Garten zum Entspannen. Platz für Fahrräder ist auch in der Garage vorhanden.
Alles ist in der Miete enthalten. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Wöchentlich wird die Küche und das Bad von einer Putzfrau gereinigt.
The furnished WG is in EG. It has 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with toilet. There is a big garden to relax. Space for bicycle is also available in garage.
Everything is included in the rent. Washing machine and dryer is available too. Weekly once the kitchen and bathroom is cleaned by cleaning woman.
Supermärkte (Lidl, Rewe) gibt es im Umkreis von 800 m. Bushaltestellen gibt es im Umkreis von 500m zum Niederrad Bhanhof. Parks sind in fußläufiger Entfernung vorhanden.

Es gibt noch 3 andere nette Mitbewohner, mit denen du die WG teilen wirst. 1 ist aus Deutschland und studiert an der Uni. 1 ist aus Ukariane und er arbeitet und 1 ist aus Korea und sie arbeitet auch. Sie sind eher freundlich.
Die Nachbarn, die in den anderen Stockwerken wohnen, sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
There 3 other nice flatmates you will me sharing the WG with. 1 is from Germany and he is studying in Uni. 1 is from Ukraine and he is working and other 1 is from Korea and she is working too. They are more friendly.
