Es handelt sich um eine gemütliche 2er Mädels WG sehr gut gelegen in Niederrad. Die gemütliche Altbau Wohnung befindet sich im 4ten Stock mit 2 Schlafzimmern, einer Küche, einem Bad sowie einem Flur, die Wohnungsgröße insgesamt beträgt ca. 55-60 m2. Das Zimmer ist ca. 10 m2 groß und ist das kleinere der beiden Zimmer.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und zentral gelegen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, sowie alle Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen (Penny, Rewe, Edeka), Apotheken, Drogerien etc. befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, alles ist in 2-5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Uniklinik und der Campus Niederrad sind in 10-15 min. Fußweg zu erreichen. Es gibt diverse Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe.
Es handelt sich um eine Mädels-WG. Beide sind berufstätig und bei uns geht es eher ruhig zu. Gerne Essen wir gelegentlich gemeinsam abends nach der Arbeit und am Wochenende oder trinken gerne einen Wein zusammen.
