das Zimmer hat ca. 9-10 m², befindet sich in der oberen Etage einer Maisonette-Wohnung unterm Dach und ist voll möbliert. Ihr müsst also keine eigenen Möbel mitbringen und könnt mit eurem vollgepackten Koffer einziehen. Ein 1.40 m Bett, ein großer Kleiderschrank, ein Schreibtisch, Bücherregal und zwei kleine Beistelltische finden im gemütlichen Dachzimmer Platz. Unter dem Bett und auf dem Kleiderschrank ist auch noch Stauraum. Das Zimmer hat recht hohe Decken, Dachschrägen und ist zur Nordseite ausgerichtet. Wenn man das Dachfenster öffnet, hat man einen fantastischen Aublick auf die Skyline. Besonders bei Nacht ein Hingucker :)
Die Wohnung hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche, zwei Bäder, davon teilst du dir eins mit Sid und einen großen, offenen Wohn- und Essbereich. Wir haben einen Kamin, denn wir gern im Winter nutzen und einen Balkon in Jaschas Zimmer, den du benutzen darfst, wenn du ihn vorher fragst. Im Hinterhof kann ein Fahrrad abgestellt werden, allerdings ist es schon etwas eng vom Platz. Ein Auto kannst du hier in den Wohnstraßen abstellen, jedoch sind die Parkplätze hart umkämpft und rar.

Hello dear flat-share seekers :)
The room has approx. 9-10 m², is located on the upper floor of a maisonette under the roof and is fully furnished. You don't have to bring your own furniture and can move in with your suitcase. A 1.40 m bed, a large wardrobe, a desk, bookshelves and two small side tables can be found in the cosy attic room. There is also storage space under the bed and on the wardrobe. The room has quite high ceilings, sloping ceilings and faces north. If you open the window, you have a fantastic view of the skyline. Especially at night an eye-catcher :)
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one of which you share with Sid, and a large, open living and dining area. We have a fireplace, which we like to use in winter, and a balcony in Jascha's room, which you can use if you ask him first. You can park a bicycle in the backyard, but it's a bit cramped. You can park a car in the residential streets here, but parking spaces are hard to come by and rare.

Unsere WG besteht derzeit aus zwei Jungs und zwei Mädels und die Kombi sollte auch so bleiben. Vinz ist in der letzten Phase seiner Doktorarbeit und ist der WG-Papa. Er wird euch bei den praktischen Dingen des Lebens gut weiterhelfen können. Jascha studiert Dual, geht gerne feiern, eine richtige Plaudertasche und nicht immer in der WG, weil er sich lieber in der Heimat aufhält. Und Sid ist die gute Seele in der WG, macht ein Praktikum und bemuttert alle in der WG mit Essen. Wir machen gerne mal am Wochenende was zusammen oder unter der Woche, feiern Geburtstage von Freunden bei uns, veranstalten Koch-Partys und chillen und spielen Spiele in unserem Wohnzimmer. Trotzdem hocken wir nicht alle aufeinander und jeder genießt hier seine Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Es gibt keinen Putzplan, aber jeder ist bei uns angehalten, die Wohnung sauber zu halten.

Our flat-sharing community is made up of two boys and two girls, and this combination should remain that way. Vinz is in the final phase of his doctoral thesis and is like our dad. He may help you with practical matters. Jascha is studying dual studies, likes to party, is a real chatterbox and not always in the shared flat because he prefers to stay at his home town. And Sid is the good soul in the flat-share, is doing an internship and likes to treat everyone in the flat-share with food. We like to do things together at the weekend or during the week, celebrate friends' birthdays at our place, have cooking parties and chill out and play games in our living room. Nevertheless, we give each other space and everyone enjoys their peace and privacy here. There is no cleaning plan in the flat-share, so we clean the apartment to our liking.

Das Zimmer wird vom 01. September 2022 bis zum 30. September 2022 für 400€ zur Zwischenmiete all in vermietet (Strom, Wasser, Heizung, GEZ, Internet, etc.). Ich hätte gern eine Kaution für die Möbel in Höhe von 500€. Online Besichtigungen sind möglich oder falls ihr schon in Frankfurt seid, machen wir einen Besichtigungstermin aus.
