Das Zimmer ist möbliert und kann falls gewünscht auch leer bezogen und gestaltet werden. Die Möbel in den Bildern können alle ohne Extra-Kosten genutzt werden. Der Boden ist mit PVC ausgestattet und es stehen 2 Büroschränke, 2 kleinere Schränke, 2 Regale, eine Kommode, ein Schreibtisch, ein Kleiderständer und ein Couchtisch zur Verfügung.
Dazu gibt es ein Schrankbett welches ein 90cm breites Einzelbett ist.
Die Wohnung selbst hat eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, mit Herdplatten, Mikrowelle, Mini-Ofen, Spülmaschine sowie Waschmaschine. Wie in den Bildern zu sehen hat das Badezimmer eine Badewanne. Dazu gibt es einen Fahrradkeller und sonst auch mehr als genug Stauraum im Kellerabteil und auf dem Dachboden (falls das Zimmer nicht ausreichen sollte). Um schwerere Sachen in den 2. Stock zu transportieren gibt es einen kleinen Lastenaufzug der bis zu 100kg trägt.

The furniture in the pictures are available and don't cost anything! The room can be rented without them as well. The floor is covered with PVC.
There are 3 dresser/chest of drawers, 2 smaller wardrobes, 2 differently sized bookshelves, a small desk, a clothes rack and a coffee table available. Last but not least there is a 90cm wide single bed. A mattress is also available.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with hotplates, microwave, oven, dishwasher and a washing machine. As you can see in the pictures the bathroom has a bathtub.
If the room itself is not enough there is more than enough space to store your things like the cellar & attic. You can store your bicycle in the bicycle basement, and to get heavy stuff up to the second floor (where the apartment is) there is a small freight elevator (up to 100kg).
Wir befinden uns 3 Minuten Fußweg von der Straßenbahn Station Gerauer Straße entfernt, da fährt die Linie 12 und 19 entlang sowie die Busse 78, 84. Mit der Straßenbahn sind es nur 6Minuten zur Bürostadt Niederrad.
Es sind 8 Minuten Fußweg zur S-Bahn Station Niederrad Bahnhof, von dort aus ist es nur eine Station zum Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof, 2 Stationen zum Frankfurter Flughafen und 3 Stationen zur Innenstadt. Man ist im Nu überall wo man hin muss. Der nächste Penny Supermarkt ist 3 Minuten entfernt, dann gibt es noch einen kleinen osteuropäischer Supermarkt nur 4 Minuten und 10 Minuten weiter findest du noch mehr Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. 2 Minuten entfernt gibt es einen Bäcker, und 2 Pizzerien.
The Gerauer Straße tram stop is a 3-minute walk, where lines 12 and 19 run as well as buses 78 and 84. The Niederrad office district is only 6 minutes away by tram.
Located 8 minutes walk away from Niederrad Bahnhof/station, Frankfurt Central Station is only one stop away, Frankfurt Airport is 2 stops away, and the city center is 3 stops away. You're in no time everywhere you need to go to.
The next Penny supermarket is 3 minutes away, there is another small super market 4 minutes away and it takes 10 minutes to find more supermarkets and shops. There is a bakery and 2 pizzerias only 2 minutes away.
Wir sind ein Azubi (20) die Deutsch, Englisch und Griechisch spricht und und eine Studentin (27) die Deutsch/Englisch spricht. Zudem haben wir eine Katze Mauzi (12) die viel schläft und gerne gekuschelt wird. Da wir beide gemeinsam Mauzi adoptiert haben, sind unsere Türen für sie öfter offen, aber du hast keine Pflicht sie in dein Zimmer zu lassen. In der WG läuft es nach dem Motto alles kann, nichts muss. Es kann also eine Wohnung für den begrenzten Zweck des Teilens oder auch gemeinsame Aktivitäten sein.
We are a trainee nurse (20) who speaks English, German and Greek and a student (27) who speaks German/English. We also have a cat Mauzi (12) who sleeps a lot and likes to be cuddled. Due to the fact that we adopted the cat together, our doors are usually open for her, but you are not required to let her in your room. It can be a flat for the limited purpose of sharing or to socialise as well, however you like it.
