We are letting a small newly renovated 1-bedroom studio. The 40 sqm (430 sgft) studio in Frankfurt Niederursel offers a nice large kitchen (included) and is fully furnished. It is conveniently located near a U Bahn station (200m to direct connection to Hauptwache in 17min) and shops like Rewe and Nordwestzentrum are in walking distance. Total rent including heating will be EUR 350. We are looking to rent the apartment to child-friendly, native English speaking person who will enjoy spending some time with our two lovely and lively little boys (2 and 3 years old). We are not looking for a “traditional” babysitter. The main idea is for them to learn English in a fun and playful way. We believe this would be a great opportunity for a student. So if you are looking for a very nice apartment in Frankfurt and enjoy spending time with small children, we are looking forward meeting you!
