Ich vermiete mein voll möbliertes Studiozimmer in der Nähe des Uni Campus Riedberg. Es ist 23 qm mit angeschlossenen modularen Küche mit Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank und Bad. Es hat alle notwendigen Möbel. Ich lasse die meisten meiner Sachen im Zimmer und gehe von Dezember bis Februar dringend nach Berlin für ein Praktikum. Sie müssen nur Ihre Kleidung zu bekommen und leben hier.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell wegen des natürlichen Lichts von draußen. Ihr werdet eine tolle Zeit haben und euch erfrischen, wenn ihr hier wohnt. Sie ist der Sonne zugewandt und man kann buchstäblich jeden Tag tolle Sonnenuntergänge erleben. Es ist sehr gut belüftet und der Raum ist groß genug für eine einzelne Person.
Das Zimmer hat einen eigenen Wifi-Router, Heizung, die nahtlos 24/7 arbeiten. Vertrauen Sie mir, das Internet ist extrem schnell. Das Zimmer ist super leise und die Wände sind komplett schallisoliert. Sie werden nie ein bisschen Lärm von Ihren Nachbarn hören und es gibt keine Lärmbeschränkung überhaupt.
Im Keller gibt es Parkplätze für Autos und Fahrräder. Es gibt einen Waschraum. Ein Fitnessraum im Freien, ein Mini-Basketballplatz und ein Grillplatz sind direkt vor dem Gebäude vorhanden.

I am subletting my fully furnished studio room located near Uni Campus Riedberg. It is 23 sq.m. with attached modular kitchen with microwave and refrigerator and bathroom. It has all the necessary furniture. I am leaving most of my stuff in the room and leaving for Berlin from December to February urgently for an internship. You just need to get your clothes and live here.
The apartment is very bright because of natural light from outside. You will have a great time and be refreshed living here. It faced towards the sun and you can have great sunsets literally everyday. It is very well ventilated and the space is large enough for a single person.
The room has its dedicated Wifi Router, Heating which work seamlessly 24/7. Trust me the Internet is extremely fast. The room is super quiet and the walls are fully sound proofed. You will never hear a bit of noise from your neighbours and there is no noise restriction whatsoever.
Parking is available in the basement for cars and bikes. There is laundry room available. An outdoor gym, a mini basketball court, barbeque place are available right outside in the building premises.

Es ist 4 Minuten mit dem Bus von der U-Bahnstation Uni Campus Riedberg entfernt.
Die Hauptwache (Stadtzentrum) ist vom Zimmer aus mit der U-Bahn (U8) und dem Bus in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Direkt vor dem Zimmer befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, die Sie zum Uni-Campus Riedberg, nach Kalbach und zum Nordwestzentrum bringt. Der Bus fährt alle 10 Minuten und die U Bahns ist auch häufig. Die U9 fährt auch über die Haltestelle Uni Campus Riedberg.
Rewe, Aldi, DM, Edeka, Apotheke, Bäckereien, Eisdielen und Restaurants befinden sich nur 10 Gehminuten von der Haltestelle Uni Campus Riedberg entfernt. Sie werden keine Probleme haben, zu den Lebensmittelläden zu gelangen, da die Busse sehr häufig fahren.

It takes 20 minutes to reach Hauptwache (City Centre) from the room via U-Bahn (U8) and Bus. There is a bus stop located right in front of the room which will take you to Uni campus riedberg, Kalbach and Nordwestzentrum. The Bus runs every 10 minutes and U Bahns is also frequent. U9 also runs through Uni Campus Riedberg Stop.
Rewe, Aldi, DM, Edeka, Apotheke, Bakeries, Ice Cream Stores, & Restaurants are located just in 10 minutes walking distance at Uni Campus Riedberg Station. You wont have a problem going to grocery stores as the buses are very frequent.
