Das Zimmer befindet sich vom Eingang aus hinten nach Rechts geneigt und ist geräumig, sonnig und lebensfreundlich. Es ist möbliert, lediglich ein Fernseher ist nicht vorhanden. Es verfügt sogar, wie auf Bildern zu erkennen, über eine extra installierte Heizung in Form eines Ofens, die sogar kalte Winterabende in dem Zimmer gemütlich werden lässt.
The room is sunny, friendly in a nice old house! The room is with furniture and also has a gas ioven which makes cold winter eves friendly and warm.
Die Wohnung befindet sich, wie bereits erwähnt, in der Mitte der Stadt Frankfurt. Daher ist auch der ÖPNV nicht weit;) In nur einer Minute ist zB die U-Bahnlinie U 4 zu erreichen, und diese Fährt sogar zum Hauptbahnhof! Die Parallelstraße ist die längste Einkaufsstraße Frankfurts, die Berger Str., wo man im Sommer oft gemütlich in einem der Zahlreichen Restaurants oder Cafes verweilt. Zudem hat das Haus eine kleine Gartenoase!
The flat is in the middle of Frankfurt and in that case you can reach public traffic very fast. The Line U4 brings you to the railway station in 10 minutes and the downtown is reachable by foot in 10 minutes. Nearby is the long and amazing coffee and shoppingstreet Berger Straße, the longest shopping street in Frankfurt!
Ich bin Anton und mache zur Zeit eine Ausbildung zum IT-Systemelektroniker in Karben und aller Voraussicht nach werde ich bald unter der Woche in Karben leben, während ich in dieser Wohnung mein Zimmer trotzdem für das Wochenend behalte. Ich würde mich folgendermaßen beschreiben:

Es wäre schön wenn du wie ich, sauber und ordentlich bist. Ich habe nicht viele Anforderungen außer dass eine höfliche Kommunikation untereinander herrscht:) Ruhezeiten sind wie gewöhnlich von 22-6 Uhr morgens und falls du mal eine Party machen willst o.Ä. sollte das vorher mit mir abgesprochen werden. Und ganz wichtig: Ich sammel leidenschaftlich Platten und bin Hifi-versiert. Bei Bedarf ist noch eine gute zweite Anlage im Keller;)
It would be nice if you are clean and hygienic. I don't have many requirements except a polite and nice communication. Silence times are as normal 10pm to 6am and if you want to make party or somenthing similar you always ,you must tell the others and me! And very important: When you like music, I have a stereo system for you left!!;)
