Da ich ab Februar beruflich viel in Köln sein werde, vermiete ich den vorderen Teil meiner Wohnung möbliert unter. Es gibt einen großen Wohn- und Schlafbereich, einen Flur mit Garderobe und kleiner Kammer, ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine und eine kleine Küche mit Spülmaschine. Im Preis sind alle Nebenkosten inbegriffen, inkl. Internet, GEZ etc. Die Wohnung liegt über einer Kita im ersten Stock zum Hinterhof und ist dementsprechend sehr ruhig. Ich werde ab und zu am Wochenende da sein, ansonsten hast du deine Ruhe
Ich plane, das Sofa durch ein Doppelbett zu ersetzten, über die genaue Einrichtung können wir uns aber gerne auch abstimmen. Beim Mietzeitraum bin ich ebenfalls flexibel.
Since I will be in Cologne a lot from February onwards for work, I am subletting the front part of my flat furnished. There is a large living and sleeping area, a hallway with wardrobe and small closet, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine and a small kitchen with dishwasher. All utilities are included in the price, including internet, GEZ etc. The flat is located above a day care centre on the first floor facing the backyard and is therefore very quiet. I will be there every now and then on the weekend, other than that you have the place to yourself.
I plan to replace the sofa with a double bed, but we can also agree on the exact furnishings. I am also flexible regarding the rental period.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, in 5 Minuten ist man bei U4/5/6, die Bergerstraße, der Grüngürtel und der Bethmannpark sind ebenfalls direkt vor der Tür.
Für Theaterfans ist der Mousonturm um die Ecke und für Tierfreunde der Zoo. Zu beiden Seiten der Wohnung gibt es mehrere kleine Restaurants sowie einen Penny und eine Bäckerei auf der Straße. Biomärkte und Feinkostläden gibt es auf der Bergerstraße. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es mit den Öffentlichen 15 Minuten und mit der S-Bahn kann man direkt zum Flughafen durchfahren.
The flat is very centrally located, in 5 minutes you are at U4/5/6, the Bergerstraße, the green belt and the Bethmannpark are also right outside the door.
For theatre fans the Mousonturm is around the corner and for animal lovers the zoo. There are several small restaurants on either side of the flat as well as a Penny and a bakery on the street. There are organic markets and delicatessens on Höhenstraße. The main railway station is 15 minutes away by public transport and you can take the S-Bahn directly to the airport.
