Ich suche einen Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin für eine schöne Altbauwohnung im Nordend, nahe der Berger Straße.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 12 qm groß und unmöbliert. Über mögliche Beschaffung von Möbeln(Bett, oder ähnliches) kann man reden. Einzug und Auszugsdatum ist etwas flexibel.
Nahe Berger Straße. Viele Bio Märkte, Supermärkte, Cafes und Restaurants gleich in der Nähe.
Die Luisenstraße selber ist aber eher ruhig. U Bahn Haltestellen Merianplatz oder Höhenstraße sind nur wenige Gehminuten weit weg.
Ich bin 34 studiere in Darmstadt, arbeite noch nebenher. Bin aus dem Gröbsten raus :) Große Partys zu Hause sind jedenfalls nicht zu erwarten. Natürlich bin ich, wie alle Mitbewohner, humorvoll und umgänglich.
Kücheneinrichtung ist vorhanden. Es gibt auch 1 Waschmaschine.
Kellerraum kann mitbenutzt werden.
Hunde oder Katzen sind leider nicht erlaubt.
