Wir vermieten vorerst befristet, da danach eventuell ein Freund einzieht. Das genaue Auszugsdatum ist aber flexibel (früher und später machbar).
Das Zimmer befindet sich unter dem Dach im zweiten Stock und hat 2 Dachschrägen , deswegen wären es nach offizieller Berechnung 14-15 qm, die Grundfläche beträgt aber deutlich mehr.
Mit dem Bett wie im Bild in der Ecke bietet das Zimmer viel Platz. Das Fenster geht Richtung Süden, was das Zimmer schön hell macht, und die Aussicht zeigt Bäume und schöne Altbauten. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet, ggf. können Einzelteile nach Absprache abgekauft werden.
Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 separate Toiletten und ein Bad mit 2 Waschbecken, Dusche und Badewanne. Wir haben ein eigenes Treppenhaus, wo dein Fahrrad Platz finden kann. Des Weiteren gibt es eine Abstellkammer, auch für Wäscheständer.
Da u.A. die Küche einer vorherigen Mitbewohnerin gehört, muss ein Abschlag bezahlt werden – wir rechnen hier mit ca. 300 Euro für dich, den genauen Betrag wissen wir bald. Dies kann dann anteilsmäßig an den Nachmieter/In weitergegeben werden.
For now, we are offering the room over a limited time frame only, as a friend might move in afterwards. However, the exact date of leaving can be agreed on very flexibel.
The room is situtaed under the roof on the second floor. It is actually larger but officially measures 14-15 m2 -if the parts with lower ceiling are subtracted. If the bed is placed as in the pictures the room is actually quite spacious. The window is driected south, making the room very bright. Also, there is a great view on trees and nice old buildings.
The room is rented out without furniture, while individual items might be bought.
There are two toiletts and a separate bathroom with two sinks, shower and bath. We have our own entrance where you can leave your bike and there is a small extra room for laundry.
As the kitchen and other funiture belongs to a flatmate who is now moving out, a fee to take it over has to be paid- we are currently estimating 300 Euros - will be decided soon. It can be forwarded to the following tenant.
Die Lage ist wirklich schön. Der Friedberger Platz ist direkt vor der Tür. Hier ist freitags immer viel los. Die Straßenbahnstation Friedberger Platz erreichst du in 3 Minuten, die U-Bahn Stationen Merianplatz (U4) bzw. Musterschule (U5) in 8 Minuten.
In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es eine Apotheke, einen Rewe und einen Biosupermarkt. Die Bergerstraße erreichst du in 8 Minuten. Dort findest du alles was du brauchst – Cafés, Bars, kleine Läden, Restaurants...
Bis zur Konstablerwache sind es mit Fahrrad oder Straßenbahn 8 Minuten, bis zum Hauptbahnhof 20 Minuten. Ebenso ist man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten im Günthersburgpark oder in 20 Minuten am Main.
We live in pretty Nordend with a nice square just outside the house, a lot of cafes, bars and small shops nearby. Also, it is just 10 minutes to Günthersburgpark or 20 to the Rhine river. Public transport is 3 minutes away (Friedberger Platz), as well as an oganic Supermarket.
Eva lebt schon seit über drei Jahren hier und hat die WG mitgegründet. Nachdem zwei Freundinnen nun weiterziehen, zieht Viola ab August in das eine freie Zimmer und das andere könnte deines werden. Die WG formt sich also neu, auch an der Einrichtung können sich ein paar Dinge ändern und wir freuen uns, wenn du Lust hast, unser neues Zuhause mitzugestalten.
Wir freuen uns aufs Zusammenleben, Kochen, im Garten oder auf dem Sofa bei einem Bierchen sitzen, finden es aber auch wichtig, dass Jede/r eigenen Raum hat.
Wir arbeiten in den Bereichen Social Entrepreneurship und Entwicklungszusammenarbeit und versuchen auch privat bewusst zu leben. Zum Beispiel essen wir meist vegetarisch und versuchen möglichst unverpackt oder second-hand einzukaufen (Unverpackt-Laden ist ums Eck).
Ein schönes, sauberes Zuhause ist uns wichtig, genauso wie nachts genug zu schlafen :-)
Wir sind sehr gerne in Bewegung, beim Wandern, Joggen, Skaten, Yoga oder einfach um im Günthersburgpark zu liegen.
Auch landen wir mal gemeinsam in einer Bar ums Eck oder bei einem Konzert.
Eva lives here since over three years when she started living in this shared house with two friends. Since her two friends are now moving on to new episodes, Viola will move into one of the free rooms and the other one could be yours. Hence, there will be a whole new vibe in this place, also some furniture will change and we are happy about your input to make this place feel like our new shared home.
We are looking forward to living together, to cook and to chat while having a beer in our garden. But also, we find it important that everyone has his/her own space.
We work in social entrepreneurship and development cooperation and also try to live consciously in private life. For example, we mostly eat vegetarian and try to shop unpacked or second-hand (packaging-free shop is around the corner). We enjoy spending time outside, during hiking, running, skating, yoga or just relaxing in the Günthersburgpark. A nice and clean home is important to us, as well as sleeping enough at night ... but we, too, end up in the nearby bars around from time to time :-).
