I will leave Frankfurt and I am looking for a girl to take over my room in our 5-person apartment near Friedberger Platz. The sublease goes for 6 months (begin April to end September), with the possibility of extension after the 6 months.
The room is about 20 sq m on the 2nd floor (no apartments on top). It is a 5-room shared apartment with 3 men and 1 women, all professionals working normal daytime hours (Mon-Friday). As can be expected, everyone does their thing during the week, but people often eat together in the kitchen, and also good together, perhaps more on the weekends. One roommate is Australian the rest are German, but all speak German, fluent English and one fluent Spanish.
The apartment comprises the entire 2nd floor and is located in a rear courtyard (Hinterhof), making it very peaceful.
In the apartment is everything you need - washing Maschine, a dishwasher, fully equiped kitchen…
The room comes half furnished with a 140 x 200 cm bed and a clothes rail. It would be nice, if you could pay me a fair price for those things
If you have a bike, there is a place to lock it outside or in the basement.
There are two full bathrooms, so there is never an issue with showering in the morning, etc.
The kitchen is shared by all the flatmates, with all the equipment necessary and enough space to store your things in the refrigerator, as well as dry items in the cupboard.
The apartment is located on Zeisselstrasse near Friedberger Platz. This is a prime residential area in Frankfurt, providing very convenient access to the inner-city of Frankfurt, either by foot, bike, or by public transport. Friedberger Platz is a local favorite for after-work drinks on Fridays.
A Denn's Biomarkt is located across the street, as is a late-night Kiosk. Trams 12 and 18 are 1 minute away by foot. U-Bahn U5 is 5 minutes away by foot. The next S-Bahn station is Konstablerwache, which is two stations away with the above-noted trams, or ten minutes by foot.
We enjoy a friendly atmosphere and are friends with one another, although we are often busy with our own lives.
We are seeking a female who has a full-time job lifestyle, rather than a student lifestyle.
