Dein Zimmer ist ab sofort frei oder nach Absprache, 12qm groß, kostet derzeit 499€ (warm, inkl. Nebenkosten mit Strom, GEZ und Internet), blickt Richtung Süden und ist gut geschnitten, sodass alles Nötige reinpasst. Auf den Bildern siehst du einige Gegenstände, die noch rauskommen, sodass das Zimmer unmöbliert übergeben wird. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist der offene Eingangsbereich mit anschließendem Ess- und Wohnzimmer, den wir uns teilen. Außerdem ist an mein Zimmer ein Balkon angeschlossen, der gemeinsam genutzt werden kann.
In der Wohnung sind Tiere erlaubt, es wäre also möglich dein Haustier mitzubringen (ich liebe Hunde :)).

Your room is available immediately or depending when you are free, 12sqm, costs 499€ (including: heating, utilities with electricity, GEZ and internet), looks south and is well cut so that everything necessary fits in. On the pictures you can see some furniture, but it will come out, so the room will be handed over unfurnished. The highlight of the apartment is the open entrance area with following dining and living room, which we share. Furthermore, a balcony is connected to my room which can be used together.
Pets are allowed, so you'd be able to bring you pet if you wish (I love dogs :)).
Die Lage ist ziemlich perfekt. :) Gelegen an der Grenze Nordend-Ost zu Nordend-West. Fast vor der Haustüre fahren die Linien 12, 18 und 30 in 5min zu Konstablerwache oder Bornheim Mitte/Berger Str und in 15min zum Hauptbahnhof . Außerdem bist du in etwa 7min zur U5 Station Glauburgstraße gelaufen. Das Nordend ist toll mit seiner guten Lage und vielen tollen Restaurants, Bars und Cafés.

The location is pretty perfect. :) Situated on the border of Nordend-Ost to Nordend-West. Almost in front of our door the lines 12, 18 and 30 go in 5min to Konstablerwache or Bornheim Mitte/Berger Str and in 15min to the main station. Furthermore you can walk to the U5 station Glauburgstraße in about 7min. The Nordend is great with its good location and many superb restaurants, bars and cafés.
Kurz zu mir: ich bin Edda, 35, im Design/Office Management tätig (studierte Grafikdesignerin) und meine Freunde würden mich als offen, freundlich und unkompliziert beschreiben. In meiner Freizeit treffe mich mit Freunden, gehe zum Sport oder gehe kreativen Projekten nach.
Das Wichtigste fürs WG-Leben: wir sollen uns beide wohlfühlen. :) Dafür zählt für mich ein entspanntes Zusammenleben, mit gegenseitigem Freiraum, gerne mal zusammen kochen oder was unternehmen und offener Kommunikation dazu.
Ich bin kein Ordnungsfreak und lass auch mal was stehen wenn ich spät dran bin, aber eine gewisse Grundordnung im Gemeinschaftsbereich sollte normal sein.

Briefly about me: I am Edda, 35, working in design/office management (studied graphic design) and my friends would describe me as open, friendly and uncomplicated. In my free time I meet friends, go to sports or pursue creative projects.
The most important thing for WG life: we should both feel comfortable. :) For me, this means living together in a relaxed atmosphere, with mutual freedom, cooking or doing things together and an open communication.
I'm not a neatness freak, but there should be a certain basic order and cleanliness in the common area.
