Dein Zimmer ist 20qm groß, lichtdurchflutet und mit direktem Blick auf die beliebte Berger Straße - die mit Abstand schönste Straße Frankfurts ;)
Ansonsten gibt es noch mein Zimmer in gleicher Größe, eine Küche (ohne Spülmaschine) und ein Bad mit Wanne. Ein Kellerraum kann auch genutzt werden. Einen Balkon gibt es leider nicht, dafür ganz viele schöne Ausgehmöglichkeiten und Parks in der Nähe ;)
Super Lage direkt zw Merianplatz und höhenstr.
Am hbf ist man mit der Linie 4 in weniger als 6 Minuten, an der Konstablerwache in 2 Minuten
Eigentlich ist alles auch fussläufig erreichbar
Eine Zweck-wg sollte es nicht sein, aber ich bin auch viel unterwegs. Freue mich aber wenn wir mal was zusammen machen :)
Ich gehe eigentlich jeden Tag zum Sport (hip Hop, Salsa, martial arts, Yoga) und koche super gerne.
Ich gehe am Wochenende super gerne aus und bin auch unter der Woche manchmal auf Salsaparties :) ich nehm dich natürlich gerne mit.
Zuhause bin ich aber immer ganz entspannt und eher leise ;)
Da der Einzug schon sehr bald ist, könnte ich auch Zwischenmietverträge anbieten.
Zu der Miete kommen noch Kosten für Strom, Internet etc. (insgesamt miete Max 650€)
außerdem monatlich 25€ für eine Putzhilfe
