Vollmöblierte Wohnung mit allem was das Herz begehrt.
Fernseher mit dazugehöriger PS4 bleiben im Zimmer und können genutzt werden, genauso wie der gesamte Kleiderschrank.
Die Jungs mit denen ich zusammenwohne sind ziemlich entspannt.
Unter der Woche ruhig aber am Wochenende wird gerne auch mal gemeinsam das ein oder andere Bier genossen.
Eingeteilten Putzplan gibt es nicht, aber es wird erwartet, dass man ordentlich in gemeinsam Nutzungsflächen vorgeht.
Dusche und Bad sind übrigens voneinander getrennt was vor allem am Morgen helfen sollte ;)
In unmittelbarer Fußreichweite befinden sich ein Rewe, ein Lidl und die beste und preiswerteste Pizzeria der Stadt.
Sollte das alles interessant für dich klingen, freu ich mich von dir zu hören.
Wenn eine Hausbesichtigung gewünscht ist wird diese mit einem der Jungs vor Ort stattfinden.

Fully furnished apartment with everything your heart desires.
Television including PS4 remain in the room and can be used, just like the entire closet.
The guys I live with are pretty relaxed.
Quiet during the week, but on weekends we enjoy a beer or two together.
There is no divided cleaning schedule, but it is expected that one proceeds properly in common areas.
Shower and bath are separated, which should help in the morning ;)
Within walking distance there is a Rewe, a Lidl and the best and cheapest pizzeria in town.
