Hallo,
ich vermiete ein schönes, teilmöbliertes Zimmer (Größe: ca. 15 qm) in meiner 2 Zimmer-Wohnung in Frankfurt Nordend ab dem 1.12.2020. An die Wohnung grenzt ein kleiner Garten zur Mitbenutzung. Es gibt eine gute Anbindung zum ÖPNV (U-Bahn-Haltestelle ist 3 min entfernt). Supermärkte, Geschäfte, Kiosk, Cafés, Restaurants, Bars sind alle fußläufig erreichbar. Zum Zimmer gehören: 1 Tisch, 2 Stühle, 2 Regale.
Ich bin Promotionsstudentin an der Universität Frankfurt und habe in der Wohnung immer mal wieder mit verschiedenen Leuten zusammengelebt (Studentinnen, Praktikantinnen, Berufseinsteiger/-wechsler, Leute in der Probezeit) und das Zimmer untervermietet.
Die Gesamtkosten für dich wären im Monat: 435,- € + zzgl. eine einmalige Kautionszahlung in Höhe von 440,- € (=2 Monatskaltmieten).
