Hallo,
für mich geht es im Herbst für drei Monate für ein Praktikum nach Hamburg, weshalb ich einen Zwischenmieter für mein Zimmer suche!
Das Zimmer ist rund 19qm groß, sehr schön geschnitten und wird möbliert vermietet. Demnach ist alles was du benötigst bereits vorhanden, lediglich Bettwäsche müsstest du selber mitbringen. Ebenfalls hinterlasse ich dir einen großen TV.
Die Wohnung verfügt über Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, sowie über einen Balkon mit Skyline-Blick.
Erwähnt werden sollte noch, dass es sich hier um das 4. OG ohne Aufzug handelt, also nicht behindertengerecht ist.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben der bekannten Fußmeile „Berger Straße“. Ubahn (Merianplatz) ist 3 min zu Fuß, Sbahn (Ostendstraßr) circa 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Generell lässt sich das meiste fußläufig erreichen, so ist man in 15 min sowohl in der Innenstadt, sowie am Main.
Du wirst mit Johanna (25) und Annika (21) zusammenleben. Beide sind sehr aufgeschlossen.
