Dein Zimmer hat einen schönen Fischgrätenparkett-Boden, 3,50m hohe Decken, ein großes Fenster mit kleinem, privatem Balkon zur Straße hin. An der Decke des Zimmers hat es noch ein wenig Stuck, was den gemütlichen Altbau-Flair der Wohnung noch weiter unterstreicht. Das Zimmer ist mit allen Möbeln ausgestattet, die es zum Leben und arbeiten braucht - einen Schreibtisch, ein gemütliches Doppelbett, ein offener Kleiderschrank sowie einen Fernseher mit Netflix und Amazon Prime Zugang.
Neben deinem eigenen, geräumigen Zimmer teilst du dir noch ein Wohnzimmer mit deinen Mitbewohnern Max (29) und Piet (28). Darüber hinaus gibt es zwei Bäder mit zwei WCs und einer Badewanne bzw. einer Dusche - so lassen sich Staus am Morgen geschmeidig aus dem Weg gehen. Die große Wohnküche und der daran angeschlossene Balkon zum Innenhof laden zum gemeinsamen Verweilen ein und eignen sich perfekt zum Frühstücken (im Sommer) oder als Friedi-Afterparty-Location. ;)

The room has a nice parquet floor and very high ceilings (> 3,50m). The large window to the street and the small, private balcony make the room very bright and sunny. Additionally, there is some nice stucco at the ceiling which complements the cosy "Altbau" flair of the apartment. The room is equipped with everything you need to live and work in - a working desk, a comfortable double bed, an open closet as well as a TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime access.
Apart from your own room, you will be sharing a living room with your two flatmates Max (28) and Piet (28). Also, there are two bathrooms with two toilets and a tub/ shower for everyone, so you won't be facing any "rushhour" in the morning. The large kitchen as well as the large balcony are perfect for brunch (in the summer) and drinks in the evening after work - or as a Friedi-Afterparty-Location. ;)
Die Wohnung ist im wunderschönen Stadtteil Nordend in der direkten Nähe des Friedberger Platzes gelegen. Umgeben von zahlreichen Restaurants, Trinkhallen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten des täglichen Lebens (Biomarkt, REWE, Aldi sind fußläufig erreichbar) findet man sich schnell wohl und zu Hause. Die beliebten und belebten Flaniermeilen Bergerstraße und Oeder Weg sind ebenfalls in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bieten zahlreiche Bars und Freizeitmöglichkeiten.
In die Innenstadt (Konstablerwache) benötigt man mit der Straßenbahn unter 5 Minuten. Die U-Bahn-Stationen Merianplatz und Musterschule sind in etwa 8 Minuten Fußweg (je nach Konstitution) zu erreichen. Aber auch mit dem Fahrrad (lässt sich im Innenhof sicher abschließen) können eigentlich alle Örtlichkeiten im Zentrum Frankfurts schnell erreicht werden.

The flat is located in the beautiful district Nordend, almost directly at famous Friedberger Platz. Surrounded by countless restaurants, trinkhallen and shopping facilities for your daily life (Organic supermarket, REWE and Aldi are just around the corner) you will feel safe and sound immediately.
The vivid and very popular Bergerstraße and Oeder Weg are only a 5-10 min walk away and offer a lot of bars and entertainment (cinema, gym, bars etc.).
Using the tram you will make it to the city center (Konstablerwache) in under 5 min. If you need to take the subway, the next stations are Merianplatz and Musterschule which are both around a 8 minute walk away.
Du wirst zwei nette Mitbewohner (Max und Piet) in der Wohnung vorfinden, welche beide Ende 20 und berufstätig sind. Am besten lernst du uns aber in einem persönlichen Gespräch / Videocall selbst kennen, um zu gucken ob die Chemie stimmt. Wir genießen das WG-Leben sehr und würden uns freuen, wenn du dieses bereichern würdest!
Die WG hat sich bisher immer durch ein unkompliziertes Miteinander ausgezeichnet. Gemeinsames Kochen, Filmabende, Ausflüge zum Friedberger Markt oder auch die ein oder andere Feier in der Wohnung gehören genauso zum WG-Leben wie die ungestörte Privatsphäre hinter der geschlossenen Zimmertür.

You will be living with two very nice roomies (Max and Piet). We are in our end 20ies and are working fulltime. However, you should get to know us in a personal meetup / videocall in order to see whether we are a good match.
Until now we always had a very easy-going living situation in our apartment. Collaborative cooking sessions, movie sessions, trips to Friedberger Markt and even small parties in the flat have always been part of our daily WG-Life. On the other hand, we highly respect our personal privacy and times where you want to watch Netflix by yourself.
Die Miete beträgt 720 EUR monatlich inklusive aller Nebenkosten (Strom, GEZ, Internet etc.) sowie einer netten Putzkraft, die alle 2 Wochen die Gemeinschaftsräume sauber macht.
