Hey,
in unsere WG wird ab 1. April bis Mitte Juli ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei. Das Zimmer hat +/- 20qm, die Wohnung 6 Zimmer + Küche (Wasch- und Spülmaschine), Gemeinschaftsraum, Bad, zusätzliches Klo und als besonderes Merkmal - eine riesige Terrasse. 3 Minuten zur U5, 4 Minuten zum Friedberger Platz und den dortigen Bussen und Straßenbahnen, 5 Min. zur U4 und zu einem kleinen aber feinen Park, zum Supermarkt einmal die Treppe runter, zum Biomarkt ca. 4 Min. Laufen und im Viertel gibts viele Kneipen und Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist trotz Groß-WG eher ruhig, drei von uns sind nur Teile der Woche in Frankfurt. Trotzdem partizipieren alle am WG-Putzplan. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, Schlafcouch, Schreibtisch, Regal für Kleider, Tischchen mit Sessel kann organisiert werden.😉. Kosten inkl. Nebenkosten, Tageszeitung, WLAN und fairem Kaffee liegen bei 440 Euro. Das Kennenlernen und das Klären weiterer Fragen würden wir im ersten Schritt online organisieren, im zweiten Schritt dann auch persönlich. Zimmerbesichtigung geht aber natürlich auch vor Ort.

We have a room available for rent in our shared flat from 1 October until the end of February (possibly a bit longer) . The room has +/- 20sqm, the flat 6 rooms + kitchen (washing machine and dishwasher), common room, bathroom, additional toilet and as a special feature - a huge terrace. 3 minutes to the U5, 4 minutes to Friedberger Platz and the buses and trams there, 5 minutes to the U4 and to a small but nice park, to the supermarket once down the stairs, to the organic supermarket about 4 minutes walk and in the neighbourhood there are many pubs and cafés in the immediate vicinity. Despite the large flat-sharing community, the flat is rather quiet; three of us are commuting between Frankfurt and other places an only about 3 days a week in Frankfurt. Still everyone is expected to participate in the Cleaning Plan to keep the place nice and tidy. The room itself is empty, but a sleeping cpouch, ashelf, adesk and small items could be organised😉. Costs incl. utilities, daily newspaper, Wi-Fi and fair coffee are 440 euros. If you are interested, we would first organise getting to know each other and clarifying any further questions online, and then in person. Of course, you can also visit the rooms on site.
