The room is very spacious with a brand NEW comfy bed.
Included there is a big wardrobe, a table, and chairs.
It is enough spacious for some home-workouts (in the garden is better) or for working from home.
You have everything you need in the flat: TWO bathrooms (both with windows), a small kitchen fully equipped (NEW dishwasher, NEW washing machine with drier functionality, oven) with 4 heating places.
One of the best locations for a WG!
You are 2 minutes far away from Friedberger Platz but you won't hear too much noise from the road / square.
This place is perfectly located, 2 min from the tram stop in Friedberger Platz and 5 minutes cycling to Konstablerwache (12 minutes walking).
You are less than 500m from Bergerstrasse with all groceries shops, bars and cafeees.
You are 5 minutes walking from the Nordend 7.11 Gym and from a Rewe.
Easy going WG, you can do stuff together or just live your own life. The house and front house are under the same owner and they share a lovely garden where you can build some community and meet other people. People are super friendly and sometimes we get all together in the garden to party or just have some drinks. It's a very international place.
In the garden, there is a gazebo with some equipment to work out (it was my best work-out spot in the rainy days under Covid times). There is a private bar that was used during the parties in the garden. Unfortunately it's closed since Covid.
The big plus is the Garden as it's a meeting points for the people of the houses.
We look for clean, respectful people. Only workers are allowed, no students. Minimum contract 18 months (but this is not a hard rule).
Please note FEW REMARKS:
- that there won't be any pillows
- the table and chair in the room won't be the same as these ones are my own.
Don't worry, the landlord will provide a table and chair for you.
By the way, the landlord is a lovely person and very accommodating!
