Schönes Balkonzimmer in bester Lage

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Nordend zwischen dem Friedberger Platz und der Berger Straße. Beides ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Umgebung hat viel zu bieten, es gibt viele Parks, Cafés und Restaurants. Man ist eigentlich Mitten im Geschehen, kann aber trotzdem auch seine Ruhe haben. Von der Wohnung kommst du überall gut hin. Innerhalb von 3 Minuten ist man an der Haltestelle Friedberger Platz (2 Stationen in die Innenstadt, 2 Stationen zur FH) und in 5 Minuten an der U-Bahn Merianplatz ( 1 Station zur Innenstadt). Beide Unis sind für Studierende gut zu erreichen. Die FH ist fußläufig etwa 10 Minuten weg und die Goethe Uni mit Öffis etwa 20.

In unserer WG herrscht ein sehr freundschaftliches Verhältnis, wir chillen viel zusammen, gehen in Bars oder in den Park. Trotzdem kann sich jede*r auch zurückziehen. Eine offene Kommunikation ist uns auch sehr wichtig. Außer mir (Kathi) leben hier auch noch Debbie und Lilli. Wir studieren alle Soziale Arbeit an der FH. Lilli macht zur Zeit ein Auslandssemester bis Januar, weswegen du dann mit Debbie und Lena zusammen wohnst. Lena ist 25 und macht momentan ein Praktikum bei der KfW und ist auch an einem gemeinschaftlichen WG Leben interessiert. Debbie ist 23 Jahre alt und kommt ursprünglich aus Hannover. Sie ist gerne kreativ, fotografiert viel und kocht gerne. Sonst ist sie auch viel mit Freund*innen unterwegs und fängt jetzt zum neuen Semester einen Nebenjob an.
In dem ganzen Haus befinden sich hauptsächlich WGs mit jungen Menschen. Es ist also alles sehr entspannt und niemand beschwert sich, wenn es Mal ein bisschen lauter wird.

Hello everyone :)
Since I am moving out this October i am looking for someone to move into my room.
The apartment is located in Nordend between Friedberger Platz and Berger Straße. The area is very nice, there are a lot of parks, cafes and restaurants and there's always something to do.
The apartment is very well located, in 3 minutes you are at the tram station Friedberger Platz ( 2 stops to the city center, 2 stops to the UAS) , in 5 minutes you are at the subway station merianplatz ( 1 stop to the city center ). Especially for students the location is perfect, the UAS is located only 10 minutes walking distance from the flat. To the Goethe Uni you need only about 20 minutes with public transport.
Our flat life is on a very friendly basis, we do a lot together, go to bars or to the park for example. But everyone also gets their personal space. Open communication is very important for us. Besides me (Kathi), Debbie and Lilli also live here. We all study social work. Lilli is doing her semester abroad this semester until January. So you'll be living here with Debbie and Lena until then. Lena is 25 and does and internship at the KFw, she's also interested in a friendly flat share life. Debbie who is currently living here as well, will share the apartment with you. She is 23 and originally from Hannover. She loves to be creative, photographing and cooking. She also loves to go out with friends and starts a new part time job in the next semester.
