Dear all,
1 rooms will be available in a 3-room flat in Herderstraße (Merianplatz) from August onwards. The flat is on the last floor of a 5-storey building (no elevator). The building has a collective storage room for bikes.
You would be sharing a living-room, kitchen, bathroom (shower and toilet) and a second toilet. The flat has a small terrace and washing machine.
About the room: 650€ (All included BUT the TV tax - Rundfunkbeitrag).
You will also share the cost of a cleaner (10€/week/pers.).
The flat is located next to Merianplatz (2 min by foot).
On the Bergerstraße, you can basically find everything you need.
There are plenty of shops (Penny, Basic Bioladen, Sparkasse...), restaurants and bars.
Konstablerwache is only at 10 minutes walk (or 3 minutes with the U4).
You will be sharing the flat with great flatmates : Armelle (29) and Anne (29).
This is NOT a Zweck-WG! We looking for a nice flat mate, just as "unkompliziert" as we are, who likes having dinner together time to time, but also like having her/his time alone.
