The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. Bicycles can be parked under cover in the backyard. Rent incl. all utilities and super internet 675€ warm.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Nordend direkt an der FH. Die Haltestelle Rohrbachstraße/Friedberger Landstraße ist nur drei Gehminuten entfernt. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, REWE, Bäckereien sowie Cafés sind ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. Zur Berger Straße sind es etwa 10 Gehminuten.

The apartment is located in the beautiful Nordend directly at the FH. The Rohrbachstraße/Friedberger Landstraße stop is only a three-minute walk away. Several shopping facilities, REWE, bakeries as well as cafés are also within walking distance. To Berger Straße it is about a 10 minute walk.
Nachdem ich zwei Jahre in dieser gemütlichen und zentral gelegenen WG gelebt habe, ziehe ich mit meinem Partner in den Norden, deshalb suche ich einen netten Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer.
Mein Mitbewohner ist Flugbegleiter und studiert an der Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft. Er ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Mensch. Er spielt gerne Golf und trifft sich gerne mit Freunden. Ihre Privatsphäre wird respektiert. Wir essen manchmal gerne zusammen und schauen Netflix. Ordnung und Sauberkeit in den Gemeinschaftsräumen sind in der WG wichtig.

My roommate is a flight attendant and studies at the University of Applied Sciences. He is a very supportive guy. He likes playing golf and likes to meet friends. Your privacy will be respected. We sometimes like to eat and watch Netflix together.
Order and cleanliness of the common rooms are of importance in the flatshare.
